The Princess Theatre is South Devon’s largest regional theatre, showcasing the best West End and touring productions from across the UK, offering a wide and varied programme including first class comedy, musicals, dance, music and children’s shows.

In May 2024, the theatre saw significant investment by ATG Entertainment in a major refurbishment. This included auditorium carpet and new seating, refreshed front of house areas with new flooring and seating to offer a premium experience to our audience.

This refresh and refurbishment to the theatre signifies the perfect time to elevate your business to a new audience by shining a spotlight on your brand through our partnership opportunities.

Adopt A sEat

To celebrate our recent auditorium refurbishment, we are excited to offer the chance to dedicate one of our brand new theatre seats.

You could dedicate a seat to a loved one as an original gift, to your favourite Princess Theatre star or create a lasting legacy for your business showcasing your support for culture and entertainment in Torbay.

For £250 per seat, an engraved plaque will be placed on the seat of your choice and you will receive a commemorative certificate. Your seat will then be dedicated for a minimum of two years.

Our safety curtain must be lowered in the presence of the audience at every performance. With the introduction of Delivered at Seat service, there is a great opportunity to advertise your business to our audiences, either as a static advert, and 20-30 second ad or an exclusive promotion.

roOm hire

If you are looking for a venue for your next event or business meeting, our top deck and theatre bar is available for hire and offers stunning views across Torbay. We can cater for as small as 10 people up to 100 people. Whether it’s a celebration event, team building or intimate dinner party, we have the perfect place to hold your event.

theAtre hire

Our theatre hire rates are based on one performance or non-ticketed hire for the day 0800 - 2300. We are a 1,500 seated venue and offer a truly competitive rate to host your event. These rates also provide an incredible return on investment.
