Page 1

From April 2025

The six-time Tony® Award-winning Dear Evan Hansen arrives in Aylesbury!

Welcome to AYLESBURY WATERSIDE THEATRE

We’re on the precipice of long summer days and another first-class lineup of entertainment at Aylesbury Waterside Theatre.

With both SIX and Dear Evan Hansen hitting the stage this summer, it’s a season of punchy contemporary musicals. This is the first time that Dear Evan Hansen has toured nationally following its huge success on the West End. Make sure to mark your diary and book quickly to secure your seats.

In August we will launch the new national tour of HERE & NOW – The Steps Musical, and we’re also looking forward to The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, Riverdance 30: The New Generation, FRIENDS! The Musical Parody and Inspector Morse: House of Ghosts. 2025 is a theatrical, dance, and musical tour de force.

And as we have become known for, we have a great lineup of comedy, music, dance, and the stars of stage and screen. Flicking through the brochure is a who’s who of the entertainment world – we’re really excited to be bringing them to Aylesbury.

And not to wish the summer away before it’s even began, but it is never too late to book for the pantomime!

For the first time in Waterside history, we’re presenting Jack and the Beanstalk. And with Andy Collins treading the boards once again (oh, yes he is!), you’ll want to catch the biggest beanstalk in Buckinghamshire at the Waterside Theatre this Christmas.

The team and I look forward to welcoming you to the theatre again soon.

We’ve got the ticket for you!

The crowning glory of Broadway, the West End and beyond, the international smash hit musical SIX makes its royal return to Aylesbury following three previous sold-out runs.

Winner of over 35 international awards, this sell out Tudor take-off has ‘An incredibly strong and powerful message’ (The Australian) and is ‘Pure entertainment’ (The New York Times).

From Tudor queens to pop princesses, the six wives of Henry VIII take to the mic to tell their tales, remixing five hundred years of historical heartbreak into an 80-minute celebration of 21st century girl power. These queens may have green sleeves but their lipstick is rebellious red.
