From August 2025

Boublil and Schönberg’s legendary musical is reborn in the spectacular new production of Miss Saigon.

Welcome to THE ALEXANDRA

Summer in the city is in full swing, and we are loving the brighter days filled with lots of brilliant theatre.

During the Easter holidays, we were delighted to welcome so many people from across the region to our most successful Open Day yet. Theatre tours, technical demonstrations and arts and crafts were just some of the activities on offer as we opened our doors on a day that we would typically be closed. I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that came along and helped make the day a success.

This year we mark 20 years of our annual youth theatre programme, Stage Experience, with a production of the iconic West Side Story. The future of musical theatre will take to our stage and put on a full-scale production after a busy two-week rehearsal process, it’s sure to be a wonderful celebration of the project.

Get ready to Dance With Somebody in September as we open the UK and European tour of The Bodyguard, starring Sidonie Smith, Adam Garcia and Matt Milburn. We then head into an exciting season of firsts throughout autumn as we welcome Inside No. 9 Stage/Fright, Slava’s SnowShow and Miss Saigon to our stage for the first time.

Thank you for your continued support, we hope to welcome you very soon.
