ARGENTEUIL
CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO-STOREY INDUSTRIAL PAVILION (2023)
Near the banks of the Seine, just a few kilometers from Paris, a building emerges within the urban fabric of Argenteuil. A first volume made of brick reveals office spaces through slender vertical openings, echoing the area's industrial past. Above, a metal roof rests on the construction. A polycarbonate gable allows a glimpse of the metal structure supporting the building, while also bringing natural light into the interior workspaces. The materiality of the roof and the lightness of the upper volume contrast with the more robust appearance of the brick base. This interplay of volumes, combined with the appropriate structural study, enables the creation of a two-story industrial building, accessible by car on both levels, and featuring green areas on each floor of the project (planters, vegetated roof, etc.).
MONTIGNY
CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL PARK (2024)
On the outskirts of Paris, the peri-urban area of the commune of Montigny-le-Bretonneux is in need of revitalization. This project proposes the creation of a commercial complex that will house retail spaces and offices, with the aim of boosting the area and giving new economic impetus to the territory. The juxtaposition of various façade claddings gives the complex a dynamic appearance, with each business standing out from the others. The contrast between the industrial look of metal and the natural feel of wood gives the project an innovative character, integrating it into its surroundings. The offices, located on the upper floors, feature private outdoor spaces accessible to users and adorned with green walls. Within the site, the landscaping of the outdoor spaces ensures smooth circulation along a green pathway. The different pavilions are connected by interstices and treelined paths, where urban furniture creates gathering spaces around ponds and regenerated micro-forests on the site.

LE PETIT CHATAIGNIER
RENOVATION OF A HOUSE IN LA SARTHE(2022)
The renovation project of the Petit Châtaignier house aimed to transform the main living space of a rural home for a family of four. The space has been designed with open volumes and natural tones, with the intention of creating a dialogue between the interior and the exterior garden. Under the renovated veranda, several areas are distinguished. A light vertical volume, which incorporates a wardrobe, divides the space and outlines an entrance. The openings in the volume ensure the cross-visibility of the room, providing elongated views between the foyer and the living room. Skylights in the existing ceiling bring natural light to the entire space. A play of ceiling heights allows for the distinction of a hallway that runs through the living room and leads to the bedrooms of the house. On the other side, a small bar offers a second living space, with an open kitchen overlooking the lounge.

LUNIGIANA
ENTRY TO THE CULTURAL WINERY COMPETITION (2024)
In the Lunigiana region, amidst the Tuscan countryside, a project for a wine cultural center emerges among the vineyards. The project integrates into its surroundings, adapting to the topography of the land. A corten steel volume, reminiscent of the color of wine, is divided into two and intersected by a central structure of wooden porticos that connects the upper part of the land with the lower part. Like a wine bottle that has been pierced, the project reveals the interior of the building, creating a contrast between the opacity of the corten steel and the transparency and lightness of the central structure. In the midst of this volume, a third central element emerges: the walkway. A platform extends from the building to the exterior, offering a view of the surrounding vineyards. Each volume houses different programs, distributed across three distinct levels. All volumes and levels are interconnected by vertical circulations (stairs and elevators) and horizontal circulations (walkways), ensuring optimal flow. Inside, different spaces are created around the production, exhibition, and sale of wine. Thus, a true "wine circuit" is generated, connecting the vineyards with the interior of the building.
SIURANA
A NATURE PARK, A RIVER, AND A MILL ROUTE (2021)
In the small rural region of Priorat, amidst the Catalan mountains, a river and its banks have been drying up for decades. The construction of a dam in the 1960s has led to the progressive degradation of the Siurana riverbanks, threatening the biodiversity and ecosystem of the river. In light of this alarming situation, this project proposes a new alternative for managing and developing the river area so that it can once again become a resource for the region. Assuming that the dam authorities allow the release of a sufficient water flow, the project proposes the creation of a nature park utilizing the abandoned watermills present in the area, along with their agricultural properties. Each mill would host a program related to education, marketing, or raising awareness about agriculture and the environment. To achieve this, a series of architectural and landscaping interventions would be carried out around the mills, with the original buildings complemented by new energy-efficient wooden and glass structures. These “micro-surgeries” would thus generate a landscape transformation on a “macro” scale by activating the canal and irrigation system of the mills.

OURCQ
CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN PANTIN (2018)
In the municipality of Pantin, northeast of Paris, a building rises in front of the Ourcq Canal. Its "L" shape aligns with the space in front of the National Dance Center, creating a welcoming square animated by a café and a clothing store. On the upper floors, the building houses 18 residences, which are organized around a central circulation axis with natural lighting. There are various types of housing (T2 to T5) distributed over 6 floors, following a stepped system in which the lower floor serves as a terrace for the one above. This system provides each resident with privileged views of the canal while giving the building a light aesthetic. A walkway allows pedestrians to skirt around the architecture to reach the other side of the bank.

TARANTO
CONDITIONING OF A SEAFRONT PROMENADE IN TARANTO (2020)
Near the Tamburi district in Taranto (Italy), behind the port warehouses and an abandoned railway, lies a seafront neglected by the city. This project aims to rethink this area to transform it into a green promenade while countering the pollution phenomenon present in the region. The different programs unfold from the bottom to the top, taking advantage of the site's topography. Thus, the underground market is covered by a green walkway that provides access to a new tram station, which is further topped with a plaza of restaurants. Each space is illuminated by light entries that protrude to the surface and are used as urban furniture.

VILLAGE SOLFERINO
REHABILITATION OF THE SAINTGERMAIN BLOCK (2019)
In the 7th district of Paris, the Saint-Germain block, former Ministry of Defense, remains abandoned amidst a monotonous neighborhood. This project proposes to open up the block to transform it into a hub for passage and commercial activities for the local residents. Shops have been incorporated into the existing building, following its existing layout. Opposite, a pavilion has been constructed, echoing the openings of the same building and connecting the basement of the site with street level. Thus, the project creates a series of cross-connections that link different levels and spaces, generating a small village in the heart of the city.
