OPENING

For us, a year hasn't felt like much time at all. At UMM, AIESEC has engaged in a variety of activities. programs and similar social initiatives. For more than two years, we were unable to function properly, but for the time being, in collaboration with all AIESEC members at UMM and with assistance from partners, we are able to make a good contribution in this term. I suppose we are more conscious of and active as a result of the management changes.

With this closing greeting, I would like to express my gratitude for all of the efforts and support from both partners and members. AIESEC in UMM will hopefully have a greater impact in the future and develop better relationships with all of its partners. See you next later with new gen of 2023!

ALUMNI GATHERING

22 December 2022

An Alumni Gathering was held at the end of this quarter, with the aim of informing alumni about AIESEC this term In addition to providing information we also made a game about AIESEC, to reminisce The event was held online and lasted for two hours Hopefully, this event will be held offline next term.

LJCO 7.0

25-27 November 2022

LJCO is the first training event for Newies who are accepted and pass the interview before they run probation until they finally become offcial members of AIESEC in UMM This event was held to introduce what AIESEC is and how the culture in AIESEC in UMM

The Alumni Gathering is specifically for alumni, EBs, and MBs with the aim that everyone there will feel close This event is a Pre-Session of NYC 60 x HANDOVER which will be held on January 25-27, 2023, with the hope that before the end of this term we can share with the alumni

AIESEC Future Leaders (AFL) is a 3-month intensive coaching and mentorship program. During the program, participants will be given special skill development classes, provided choching sessions and formed into a community that supports participants to become the Future Leaders

Handover is the official event of AIESEC in UMM to review the progress of AIESEC in UMM for the last a year and also as a form of management submission from 2022 to 2023 term The purpose of this activity is to provide positive impact to the community and the end with the awarding for members who have contributed a lot in the 2022 term management

Ngalam Youth Conference (NYC) is an annual conference of AIESEC in UMM as the last conference of the 2022 Executive Board generation as a farewell conference for all members and makes AIESEC in UMM 2023 Midterm Ambition The purpose of this conference is to become a space to engage members with the organization's essence and transfer culture for each department in preparation for the 2022 term Through this NYC can guide all members to align their AIESEC journey in 2022 with the next journey to make dreams come true in 2023

Healthapathy 10 is a project that focuses on target 34 of SDG 3 namely Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages This project exists to spread awareness about mental health and break the stigma against people with mental health disorders
