greeting Greetings from AIESEC in UMM! There are so many journey that already done. Lot of activity and process we still focus until today. Many of us have focus with the development in each department and also the program we held. With current condition, many changing management we should do due uncertain but also following update of COVID-19, we could have opportunity to develop until now.

MB Summit The MB Summit or Management Board Summit is an annual activity where all new MB members are gathered to be given basic training on organizational operational work in managerial management.
This activity is intended so that later MB can find out the most basic operational work and also future plans for each department. This event is held online and offline.
Youth Today 3.0 Youth Today is a platform originating from AIESEC Indonesia as a liaison for youth to create awareness about the importance of developing their leadership spirit. Youth Today 3.0 raised the theme of Create Youth Path: Brighten Youths Future Through Leadership. This event was held on Saturday, April 2nd 2022 and take place online via the Zoom platform. Youth Today 3.0 is open to the public and free of charge. Through this event, we want to spread awareness about AIESEC and the leadership model we have created. That's why we came up with the #BeBrightBeYouth campaign
AIESEC Future Leader AIESEC Future Leaders is aprogram which provides youth development in the form of a community for them to take further develop leadership roles in their society. AFL is a 3-month program which consist of sessions for skill development spaces where participants can get coaching for soft & hard skills. This event was held from April 9th to July 2nd.
All youth around Indonesia with ages 18-21 who are in the final year of high school & first-year students in university can become a part of AIESEC Future Leaders.
eQual+ 3.0 eQual+ 3.0 is one of the local projects created by AIESEC in UMM. This project brings forward the SDGs No. 8 which is “Decent Work and Economic Growth” and this project was conducted from January 30th until February 26th. This project is also conducted through the hybrid method, where there were a number of activites that is done virtually and others that is done physically.
Youth who contributed to this project have gained awareness and doing practical learning about social media marketing in comprehensive manner, also they can improve their social media marketing marketing skills more expertly. and also for 4 SMEs there have more knowledge about digital marketing and know the reason why they must be involved in digital sector

Local Project is a program that provides youth development in a 4-week virtual volunteer program in a project that supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Local Project will benefit youth in the form of experience to create impact in the community and introduce them to the concept of leadership development. Which consists of eQual SDGs 8, DTE supports SDGs 13 and Heltapathy supports SDGs 3.
eQual+ 4.0 is a Local Project from AIESEC in UMM which focuses on SDG 8, namely Decent Work and Economic Growth where the contribution specifications are at points 8.2 and 8.3. Where eQual+ 4.0 contributes to increasing digitalization in the creative economy through empowering MSMEs in the Malang Region in improving their social media marketing performance
Down to Earth 3.0 is a hybrid volunteer activity that supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Down to Earth 3.0 will focus on SDG No. 13, which is related to the environment, especially climate change. The Local Participants (LP) will receive information and educate people in Malang such as campaigns on Climate Change and undertake a challenge to take action that starts with themselves. Local participants who take part in this activity are students with integrity and are able to work together to run this project.
Impact circle is a form of the AIESEC community in Indonesia as a forum for youth, media, and communities in Indonesia to communicate our concerns well, as well as develop our circle to become the best version of themselves through sessions and sharing. We do this as a forum for young people, communities and the media to discuss and raise certain concerns regarding the Sustainable Development Goals with Walk4SGDs as the following activity and call to action
