Hey aiesec! Finally this will be the last quarter for us. In this last quarter, we also have many agenda and event that will delivered in this news letter. This news letter isn’t just a compile of last quarter, but when you read this, it can bring back the memory for us. This news letter can call back things that happen in last quarter. Also i want to say, Congratulation for all of you because you can still survive until now! For you guys, who will end term, i hope you can get a lot of experience that comes from aiesec journey and it’ll guide you to journey after aiesec. And for members who continue the journey, you can also make 2021 as a learning for the next term and i wish a lot of good luck.
JAYT JOIN AIESEC + YOUTH TODAY Thanks for JAYT Team! We finally done for Join AIESEC and Youth Today. JAYT was postponed due some timeline university but they still slay it to finish it. the different for Join AIESEC collaboration with ER to join Virtual Brand Activation namely Youth Today.
Rika said as OCP felt that she had been an OC, she would feel like she didn't find a bottleneck because she had already run. at the time of realization it was very different before and even having to have VBA was a bit difficult. OCs have to be aware and need time. From that experience, whether the struggle and fear can be achieved. but at the beginning there were only 32 registrants, with the process of trying even though there was demotivation, stuggle, two hearings. "I realized that I should be able to receive feedback and start improving my marketing activity. More than 200+ finally registered and we could lead untill became official member of AIESEC in UMM!"
LJCO 6.0 Leadership Journey Conference 2021
This conference was held on 3-5 December 2021. Objective for this event for getting know abou AIESEC as member and also organization. The OCs were Trying to prepare for this event can be successfully felt by the new members. There are many obstacles to be able to complete this activity. Even though the event was lively, it needed evaluation and feedback. They felt welcome and get new knowledge. It's a new thing for AIESECer to start the journey too! We would like to say congratulation and good luck for Newie Cutie Pie!!!
IMPACT CIRCLE 4 “CREATING YOUR SPACE: CONNECT WITH YOURSELF, CONNECT WITH PRODUCTIVITY #LEADSINNERGROWTH”
Impact Circle is a community forum of AIESEC in Indonesia as a platform for youth, media, and communities in Indonesia to communicate our concerns well. This webinar was held on 19th December 2021 with amazing speakers and moderator, Ahmad Sulaiman, M.Ed, Insira Yumna Kisdianti, dr. Salma Kyana, M.Res, William Cahyawan, M.Kesos, Arn Alne Mariano Hendriks. This outstanding webinar successfully brings 130+ delegates. Impact Circle 4 discuss about the effect of productivity on mental health. This event brings up several topics, 1st topic is talk about what's important in maintaining Mental Health during a pandemic. The 2nd topic is talk about “Toxic productivity: Is it harmful or not?” from a Psychology lecture perspective. The 3rd topic is talk about the effects of toxic productivity. And the last topic is talk about how to deal with the effects of toxic productivity. At this event, journaling and meditation sessions were also held together, the goal is for us to know ourselves and our worth.
NGALAM YOUTH CONFERENCE “ HOLIDAY TO REMEMBER”
Ngalam Youth Conference 5.0 ( NYC 5.0 ) is AIESEC in UMM internal conference. NYC 5.0 held on December 26th, 2021. The purpose itself is to create the strategy for AIESEC in UMM term 2022 by reflecting on the previous term. In here we engaged the members with the essence of the organization, transmit the culture, as well as guiding the members to align their AIESEC journey in 2021 with their next journey.
LOCAL PROJECT PREPARATION For 3 months to prepare the project before starting at the end of January. during the preparation process with participants and partners. In these two projects, they try to do capacity building, especially to get into CSR (corporate Social Responsibility). The things that are difficult when carrying out the process are started by some members feeling unable to balance between personal and professional. become a new step to enter CSR focus with partners even though the focus is through Virtual The hope of this project is to be able to provide improvements for the past and provide participants so that they can get opportunities for them, especially the economy and the environment. creating youth to compete in today's era. Can have a direct impact, especially in the city of Malang.
AIESEC in UMM MB SELECTION
Management Board Election is an opportunity for all AIESEC in UMM current member to stand and lead AIESEC in UMM to make the great changes that we are experiencing today happen, but also requires a generation of Management Boards capable of transforming all their passions into actions and not leave ideas in nice words but to carry them into executions. AIESEC in UMM MB Election there are 8 rounds with 6 departments that open the application, such as Finance, Governance, and Legality (FGL), Talent Management (TM), External Relations/Business Development (ERBD), EwA/iGV Network, EwA/oGV Network, oGTa/Te.
Handover 2021/2022
AIESEC in UMM member had successfully ended the term 2021, with lot of joys and tears for this past year we had been through lots of unforgettable experiences. All current EB 2021 has officially substitute their position to EB elect 2022. In this Handover we did some activity such as EB anual report, LC Awardee, Partner appreciation and also so doing some role dance to bring the fun.
