The Elec4on process Each candidate must present their applica7on, applica7on should be maximum: 1 page for the ExecuMve Summary. 1 page for the Bio. 1 page for the CV. 6 pages for the QuesMonnaire. 1 page for the Blank Paper Challenge. The minimum font size is 10. You must submit 4 endorsement leMers from member commiMees with your applica7on and 1 endorsement from an external. In the case that the host member en7ty does not want to endorse the candidate from their en7ty will need to submit a report to AI sta7ng the reasons for the same which shall then be released to the global plenary. Your applica7on and endorsement leMers will be distributed in the next AI mailing a`er the deadline. In case we receive more than 5 endorsements, you will be requested to choose 5 that you wish to be enclosed as official endorsements with your applica7on. This limit aims to avoid mass redundant endorsements. The endorsement leMers must be on behalf of the AIESEC Member CommiMees. The deadline for submicng your applica7on and all the needed materials (blank paper challenge, etc.) is 17:00 GMT Sunday, 22nd of January 2017. You will receive confirma7on of receipt of your applica7on as soon as it has been received (only if recep7on of the applica7ons happens during AIESEC Interna7onal working hours). If recep7on of applica7ons occurs out of working hours you will be no7fied of recep7on within a maximum of 24 hours. Any member considering to apply or re-‐apply for any role on the AIESEC Interna7onal team should not be involved in any part of the forma7on of the applica7on or selec7on process (including but not limited to the forma7on of general and role specific ques7ons). This is with the excep7on of the forma7on of job descrip7ons. For more details on the AI Applica7on Process, please look at the Suppor7ng document L2 that outlines the AI applica7on process. Special notes: Remember to include the number of the ques7on you are answering with your answers. For countries who have received requests for endorsement leMers -‐ gran7ng a leMer means you believe that the individual is a good candidate for the posi7on. It does not mean that you believe they would be the best for the posi7on. Please DO NOT grant leMers for individuals who you do not feel would be suitable.
