I still remember the first core team meeting when we were onboarding everyone on what their roles would be in starting to prepare for the first-ever TLC for AIESEC. We were all very nervous because we were creating something new, something no one ever tried before, a conference that usually happens in 5 different moments, in 5 other countries, with many people and teams being responsible, happening simultaneously. covid-19 has changed a lot of things for us, and while we are used to seeing that as a negative, my team and I always chose to see it as an opportunity to bring fresh and renewed energy for AIESEC, and our first new thing is
this conference, TLC 2021, and you have decided to be a part of it. You are a delegate of the first conference that marks the path for a new AIESEC. Proud to be an AIESECer is TLC's message. The message we want to talk about in every session, in every conversation, and Proud to be an AIESECer means to live up to the values of what being in AIESEC really means. In today's context, it means to embrace the new era that is coming for this organization. Are you ready to upskill yourself, connect with fellow AIESECers worldwide, reconnect with the essence of AIESEC and get to know the future that is coming for us? Welcome to TLC.

Dear MCP currents and elects, MCVPs, LCP & LCVPs thank you for signing up and trusting us to deliver you an incredible conference experience. We can’t believe that this conference is happening in two weeks! Crazy how fast time has flown- it doesn’t seem that long ago when we were still dreaming and conceptualizing how this conference could look like. We’re already deep in the dry run process, and it’s been so lovely as agenda managers to be able to see the ideas and session outline come to life. We can’t wait for you to be able to experience TLC with us.

EXTERNAL DAY On March 4th, 2021, the day will center around delivering content to all the Conference attendees within the frame of The Leadership Call: Radically rethinking leadership in the post-COVID 19 era. During this day, AIESEC and their partners and supporters will deliver content that allows our members to develop the capacity and skills they need to better fulfill their roles within the organization but also to bring personal growth and learnings to their personal and professional lives as young leaders. The Global Awards Night of The Leadership Congress will be held on the 8th of March 2021 with the participation of enthusiastic AIESECers representing all the entities and local committees of AIESEC. The Awards Night will recognise the tremendous performances, effort and dedication of the members of AIESEC towards achieving “peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential”, with the utmost aim of encouraging them to be the future advocates of change. The Gala Awards will reward and recognise 4 (four) categories: Own the Present, Shape the future, Lead the Change and Gen 2025.
