President of AIESEC International Eva Dutary Dear President of AIESEC, There has never been one global conference where we gather all the presidents of AIESEC in one place. I remember when I attended my first IC, the PAI said, "you made it." I never understood why people saw this as such a rare opportunity to experience until the end of it, when I thought about how much better I understand things, how much energy I have to move forward, and how much clarity I had gained during the process, let me tell you my learnings. "IC is AIESEC's birthday", it's the biggest celebration of leadership, and with PAI 2022 Elections happening right at the start of it, it became ten times even more exciting. "AIESEC is bigger than the environment around you", going to IC will allow you to discover that the problems and challenges you have shared as much as victories are and
that there is so much more to learn and discover. "In IC, you get to know what's next for AIESEC", how amazing is it that now this is accessible to everyone from the comfort of their home. But the true meaning is to take ownership and responsibility of being a President of AIESEC and taking decisions for the organisation together. Welcome to IC, where you will see the birth of the next generation and reconnect with the essence of our organisation and get excited to work together for a better AIESEC that is built for leadership development meant to achieve Peace and Fulfilment of Humankind's Potential. Global Electrolux Excellence Awards 2021 The Global Electrolux Excellence Awards Ceremony will be held on the 31st of July 2021, with the participation of enthusiastic AIESECers representing all the entities and local committees of AIESEC. The Awards will recognize the tremendous performances, effort and dedication of the membership towards achieving “Peace and Fulfillment of humankind’s potential”, with the utmost aim of encouraging them to be the future advocates of change. The Global Electrolux Excellence Awards connect the A2025 culture statements to the everyday actions that would shape the mind of every AIESECer to act and live the present in a way that shapes the right future. This Awards compose of Global and Regional Awards, and will reward & recognize 4 categories : Own the Present, Shape the Future, Lead the Change, and Gen 2025.
