ELECTORAL COMMISSION
COCODY ABIDJAN LCP MANDATE 19.20
Meeting in working session on14/11/2018, the electoral commission deliberated on the following candidatures Two candidatures were received those of Mr. OUATTARA Soungalo and Mr. DIALLO Mamadou After receiving and analyzing the application of the different candidates, it appears according to the Compendium ( Article 43 ) and the application booklet : May be eligible for the position of LCP, any active member of AIESEC COCODY fulfilling the following provisions :
- Having spent two years in the association from the day he became active member ; - Being at least in L3 at FELIX HOUPHOUĂ‹T-BOIGNY University of Cocody ; - Having completed at least on positive result during its term at AIESEC ; - Having paid his annual subscription at least 4 months before the date of the elections ; - Having no debts towards the association - Having paid the right of application which is ten thousand ( 10.000 FCFA ) - Two endorsement letters
- 2 Presentation videos - Personal value document - Survey Concerning the candidate DIALLO Mamadou we received : - A badge attesting that to their participation in an international meeting organized by AIESEC (WACS ABIDJAN) - A receipt of the application fee - An annual subscription payment receipt - A certificate of no royalty - 2 videos of presentation - The application form including the answers to the general and specific questionnaire
- A registration receipt from the UFHB level Master 2 - Two endorsements letters, one from the BOA Chair ad the other from the LCP. Regarding the candidate OUATTARA Soungalo, we received : - A badge attesting to their participation in an international meeting organized by AIESEC (WACS LIBERIA) - An annual subscription payment receipt - A certificate of no royalty - 2 links to presentations videos - The application form including the answers to the general and specific questionnaire
- A registration receipt from the UFHB level Master 2 - Two endorsements letters, one from the BOA Chair and the other from the LCP In view of the documents sent by the two candidates it follows that: - Mr. DIALLO Mamadou could not provide a receipt for the payment of the application fee, and a certificate of seniority attesting that he had belonged to the organization for at least two years. Deliberating according to the Compendium in its article 43 and booklet of application, At the position of : LCP THE CANDIDATURE OF Mr. DIALLO MAMADOU IS REJECTED.
