E-BIDDING SYSTEM (ZYCUS) FOR RFQ PROCESS

In the current ERP setup, the RFQ process is performed manually through email which includes requests for quotation and technical/ commercial evaluation The PO issuance process will then be carried out in the Ramco system upon the completion of these manual processes

With this new Zycus e-Bidding system, the RFQ process will be digitalized All data input, document upload & action routing will be using the system as the medium of transaction. Automate certain processes such as issuing notifications (RFQ, closing date & negotiation), compiling the quotation input, tabulating the technical/ commercial data for online evaluation & few others.

The integration of Zycus System and Ramco ERP system will transform most of the manual processes into automated processes

The system shall be used by all key users/ stakeholders (requester, buyer, approver & vendor) who are required to undergo relevant training before going live.
