Welcome

It’s a Long Time Coming!

Yes, I have been holding off for some time on the release of the first edition of Affidian Magazine. After several name changes and unexpected detours along the way, I’m excited to publish this edition.

After Covid and the complete shutdown of the dance industry, I thought that my magazine publishing days were over.

But, as Source would have it, I was, once more, divinely guided to shift my focus from dance to living a balanced and conscious lifestyle.

This shift also brought the opportunity to meet and work with so many old and new faces.

This publication came about when I was seeking information and guidance for an overall balanced lifestyle. I couldn’t find it under one umbrella, and that’s where the inspiration came to create Meta Lifestyle Magazine.

Meta meaning beyond. Going beyond what our five senses see, hear, and feel.  Going beyond our limited mindset, habits and belief.

In this issue, our featured personality is the fabulous Nancy Matthews. Her journey is inspiring, and I trust you will be guided to step up and step out as well and reach for your dreams.

Our impressive writers have contributed articles and information to help you feel supported and seen. Under the Community Resource Guide Listing, you will find additional teachers and experts in their field ready to support you on your journey.

I encourage you to reach out to them and show your support for bringing us their expert advice and guidance.

What is Your Field of Expertise?

I am an author, writer, freelance writer and ghostwriter. In my previous incarnation, I worked in Wholesale Banking in London. It was a career that I thought would last my life, but the financial meltdown in 2008 was the catastrophic blessing in disguise that redirected my course to my true purpose. I’ve always had a passion for writing and my mission is to use my words to shift the current paradigm, which to my mind is not serving humanity. I also help others to share their words. I’m conscious that we all - particularly we womenhave valuable stories to share, but many of us do not have the required skillset or time to share those stories. I particularly enjoy working with female spiritual entrepreneurs who have a vision to shift the current paradigm.

Could your share your journey with us?

I am a child of the Caribbean who lived for 23 years in London, England and who moved to Florida in 2013. Cold, damp England always made me dream of one day returning to my sunshine roots but when my family moved to Florida, I decided to join them. The Sunshine State is an excellent alternative to the sunny Caribbean!

I’ve always had a spiritual calling and when I was very young, around 17 – I had a dream of what I can only describe as a “Light Being.” This Being lifted up the grass and earth on which we were sitting and I saw brilliant white light. The Being said to me, “See, none of this is real.” It’s a dream that has always stayed with me and I guess it has been an anchor for my Spiritual growth – a knowing that there is much more to this perceived reality in which we are immersed. I am a student of Metaphysics and to that end, I pursued a Masters in Metaphysics with the University of Metaphysics, Sedona. Another pivotal moment came much later in life when I heard the Music of the Plants, a device that translates the electrical impulses within a plant into musical notes. It touched me deeply and I knew immediately it had to be a part of my life. I have published the first children’s book on the Music of the Plants which has been honored with the

prestigious Mom’s Choice Award. It is my mission to nurture the nature leaders of tomorrow, and my platform nandī provides a much needed reimagining of children’s education around nature.

How do you inspire others to shine and be their best selves?

I hope that I am able to do that through helping others share their stories….stories that need to be heard. Knowing that our experiences can help shape the lives of others, is a powerful way that we can be encouraged to step outside of our shells and become our best selves.

What message do you have for our audience?

I am an introvert, perhaps even an introverted introvert! Creating nandī, a platform through which I aim to make meaningful change in the world, is not something I ever imagined myself doing as it calls for me to be very visible. I would encourage everyone to step outside of their comfort zones, particularly when it challenges the very core of who they perceive themselves to be. Take the first step and it may very likely lead to magic.

What is Your Field of Expertise?

I am a master Healing Facilitator and Intuitive Coach. I trained with the Shaolin Master and spent a lot of time with a Native American Healer.

I have developed my intuitive healing abilities and can see the best in each person and the subconscious blocks that hold them back.

I do the intuitive healing and coaching, so others do not have to suffer. So they do not have to “live with” or suffer from pain and illnesses.

Could your share your journey with us?

I grew up in Minnesota in a family that, on the outside, looked great. We did many fun things, and my mom and dad did their best. However, they also dished out a great deal of physical and emotional abuse.

They beat me often. Sometimes two or three times a day. The worst was the screaming and emotional abuse.

I wondered to myself - When would I ever be good enough? What was wrong with me? Why couldn’t I be like everyone else? I was one of the best-behaved kids in the entire neighborhood and school, yet I was treated as the worst. In my late twenties, I developed an unusual illness.

By my thirties, it became a disability. I would often lose the ability to tell you what I was seeing. I could not read and follow a TV program due to how the illness affected my brain.

I was fragile and emaciated. In 1999 the Doctors sent me home to die, with the prognosis that I had less than a year

to live and would most likely take my own life, as the illness would become so horrible and painful.

Luckily I found this amazing Shaolin Master, Dr. Kam Yuen; he and his students worked on me and towards my path to healing and health. After the second hour session, I no longer needed the supplemental oxygen; by the third, I was completely healthy.

How do you inspire others to shine and be their best selves?

I know that each of us is born a miracle and that we are magnificent in our own way. I support my clients in seeing this and feeling it.

They develop the greatest level of self-acceptance and love that they have ever felt. They pursue their purpose and desires and receive peace and ease in their lives as they have never experienced before.

What message do you have for our readers?

The Creator made us miracles. We are energy and limitless. We have the support to discover our miraculous selves and live free of pains and illnesses.

A STROKE OF LOVE

When I was just 11, my mother had major surgery for a life-threatening illness. As my father ushered my siblings and I into the nursing home room, we saw our mother attached to a myriad of tubes. Our young minds tried to take in what was happening. My youngest brother began to cry. I wished she would die.

In the last few months, my mother suffered a stroke. As I walked into her hospital room, I noticed the one IV tube inserted into her arm. She looked fine. The shock was her inability to focus, to speak coherently, to demonstrate that she was understanding my words. My heart ached. It ached more than I could bear.

During the intervening years between that surgery and her stroke, I have tried to come to terms with the pain my mother caused me in my childhood. Emotional abuse, unseen and difficult to quantify, leaves a wound - a wound so deep that one wonders whether it can ever be healed. The scab of that wound is ever ripe for the picking and the nonchalant words of anger, intimidation, and humilia-

tion thrown at it are like birds pecking at a dying insect fighting for its life.

Hallmark will have us believe that a mother’s love is the most perfect, most unconditional love that can be experienced — by both mother and child. If like me, you’ve spent hours searching for the right birthday or Mother’s Day card, one that doesn’t gush with fake sentimentality, reflecting a love you find hard to feel yourself — you know that a mother’s love doesn’t always pass the Hallmark entrance exam.

Ugly, a book by Constance Briscoe, is the retelling of the childhood abuse the author suffered at the hands of her mother. That book marked the beginning of my understanding that I was not alone, that there were others who never experienced the nurturing love, adoration and encouragement that a mother should give their child. Ugly resonated with me, because that awful word had been spat at me many times, producing a lifetime of wondering whether I was ever good enough — for anything. When I heard a radio announcer explain his choice of career as due to “having a face only a moth-

er could love”, the realization that my face was one that not even a mother could love sat in the pit of my stomach, growing and gnawing at anything resembling self-worth.

Although Ugly showed me I wasn’t alone, even the benefit of that knowledge left me wondering whether I deserved the abuse.

A determination to heal the deep hurt fueled a desire to be strong, strong enough to not feel the pain. Nonchalance can be easily misinterpreted as personal strength. It’s not, and it doesn’t help. Worse, it can bring you to a point of not feeling, or at least doing your best to suppress any feeling. And isn’t the lack of feeling a large ingredient in the peculiar mix of traits that allows a person to abuse others? A desire to be strong and impervious to pain doesn’t heal. Rather, it can bring us close to reflecting the behavior of our abuser.

I eventually came to realize that I needed to confront the F word. It is said that in forgiving others, we do ourselves the biggest favor. Trite, but true. I learnt that in order to forgive we need to understand. We need to understand

Emotional Wellness /// A Stroke of Love

A Stroke of Love /// Emotional Wellness

what drives a person’s behavior.

A sad truth is that it is hurt people, who hurt people. In learning to understand my mother’s behavior, I came to hold compassion for the things she experienced before I entered her life. I came to understand that she was a victim of circumstances beyond her control, thrown into a life not of her choosing at a time when cultural norms dictated that her wishes did not matter.

She was married at the age of 15, to someone she didn’t know. I appreciate now that she knew nothing of sex at the time. Child abuse? Rape? The words that aptly describe what she experienced are difficult for me to contemplate. She bore children whom she felt incapable of nurturing. I have come to hold compassion for her wish to abort me, the unknown daughter that would come to her after three boys. I have come to understand that motherhood is not something that could be thrust on a woman. A woman must be ready and willing to accept that role. I have come to appreciate that when my mother calls me “selfish” for not having children myself, she may in fact be masking an envy of my independence and freedom of choice — things that she never enjoyed.

I came to understand these things before my mother suffered her stroke. I see now that it was ample preparation for a further understanding — that I do in fact love this woman who could never give me love. I hold immense compassion for the things she endured, including the things that I may never know. I hold great admiration for her

resilience, recuperating from her stroke much faster than her doctors anticipated. I wonder now at the many things that resilience may have helped her survive.

The journey to this understanding has been life-long and never easy. But it has been liberating. As our parents age we are forced to accept their, and indeed

our own, mortality. I am grateful that I have come to this understanding and acceptance during my mother’s lifetime. I am grateful that I can accept that a mother’s love is something that I may never know. And I am grateful that through my mother’s stroke, I came to know that I am capable of the love for which I have always yearned.

Transform your current Lifestyle to Longevity

How can you Transform your Current Lifestyle to Longevity?

Eat & think about what you choose to put into your stomach, blood and brain.

Chew your food thirty-two times before you swallow to create digestive enzymes.

In Asia, children are not fed meat until after age seven when their immune system is fully developed. In China, beef is reserved for those over age sixty because their protein requirements are greater.

Meat is shredded and mixed with vegetable for better absorption.

Breathe & drink pure water and tea to help digest your food better.

Breathing is the single most important thing to stay alive. You can go forty days without food, fourteen days without water, but only four minutes without air.

Water contains oxygen, and we need at least 3 liters of water daily to dilute toxins so our kidneys won’t get damaged.

Breathing exercises are required so that when the unexpected happens you don’t get shortness of breath.

The diaphragm muscle needs to be stronger in all Americans because in life and death situations we have a tendency to hold our breath.

Exhaling is more important than inhaling because the inhalation is involuntary.

In other words, you don’t have to think about it. The exhale requires effort.

Move and feel your body. Singing and drumming move the blood, raise heart rate and oxygen saturation of tissues.

The Life of An Entrepreneur …

It Isn’t Always Pretty –But It’s Always Exciting!

So, you’ve decided to be an entrepreneur! The attraction of being your own boss, doing what you love to do, making your own hours, not having to answer to anyone else, and making your own money. Sounds exhilarating and fantastic, right?

Yes — that’s right, entrepreneurship absolutely delivers those wonderful benefits and what happens for many causing them to leave behind their entrepreneurial dreams, is that other characteristics that come with entrepreneurship take them by surprise.

I’ve been a full-time entrepreneur for 20 years and share these 5 Entrepreneur Success Tips so you can beat the odds and keep your entrepreneurial dream flourishing.

Tip #1

Be Your Own Boss and Surround Yourself with Other Bosses

Yes, it’s wonderful — and scary at times too. Knowing that the ultimate

responsibility of the success or failure of your business rests on your shoulders alone can be a heavy burden to carry.

I remember when I worked for an attorney and was the second in command, while I always treated his business as if it was my own, there was comfort in knowing that the buck didn’t stop with me. When I took the leap of faith in 2002 to start my own company, it came with a mix of excitement and

fear as the safety net of having someone else to fall back on disappeared.

What I learned was that the net didn’t have to disappear if I surrounded myself with other business owners who offered council and advice.

Tip #2

Focus on Your Strengths and Outsource Your Weaknesses

doing what I love to do!”

Yes, and what you may not have known or prepared for are the many things you’ve got to do besides what you love in order to run a successful business. Things like marketing, sales, crunching numbers, creating business plans, projections and it’s those tasks that can cause you to feel frustrated and overwhelmed.

To have success doing what you love AND having the money follow, it’s essential that you also learn the science and art of running a business. This does not mean, however, that you must do all of those things all the time.

As quickly as you can, hire a consultant or business advisor to help you identify the tasks you should continue to do and those you should outsource.

Learning to delegate so that you invest the majority of your time, talent and energy in areas of your highest and best use will propel your success as an entrepreneur.

Tip #3

Schedule Your Time Thoughtfully; Take Care of Yourself as Well as Your Business!

This is why it’s so important to be clear on your passion and your long-range goals so that you stay inspired and motivated even when you wish it was time to clock out. There’s no clocking out for entrepreneurs. Does this mean you have to work 24/7 each and every day? NO — what it does mean is that you’ve got to plan your time so that you

schedule in time for rest and recreation, otherwise you’ll get burn out from feeling that you should be working 24/7.

a boss or manager, as an entrepreneur you actually have to answer to more people than ever before … your customers! Hopefully, your phone will be ringing with lots of calls from your customers and answering to them is what you want. Fulfilling the needs and desires of your customers, as well as hearing their challenges and complaints, are key in running a profitable and enjoyable business.

“Visionary with Guts”

Nancy Matthews

Never mind wearing her heart on her sleeve, Nancy Matthews displays her heart on her flesh. On her arm is the tattoo “Be the One” - a reflection of her life mission to share The One Philosophy with the world.

A multipotentialite, Nancy is a best selling author, international speaker and leadership coach. She is the co-founder of Women’s Prosperity Network, a platform through which women receive coaching to succeed not only in business, but in life. She is also the founder of The People Skills Academy, born out of Nancy’s teaching of The One Philosophy.

She is known as the “Visionary with Guts” for her persistence in going for her goals and dreams despite apparent obstacles or challenges and works with

individuals and organizations to support them in achieving stellar results.

Entrepreneurship is in Nancy’s blood - she tells the joyful story when at the tender age of six, she and her friend took roses from her friend’s mother’s garden to create perfume, which they sold to neighbors. At 22 Nancy became a single mother which pushed her into using her entrepreneurial skills to survive and provide for her child. In 2002, Nancy established her own Real Estate Title and Real Estate Investing business.

All the while, Nancy held a passion for mentoring and coaching, which she began offering in 2005, hosting training events for those interested in Real Estate. Business was good, but ever ambitious and recognizing that she needed to improve her public speaking skills to

continue extending her reach, in 2007 Nancy attended what would turn out to be a pivotal training event.

At the training , the host looked out at the audience and queried why there weren’t more women there. He emphasized his view that the world needs more women leaders, driving home the point that what is needed is women acting like women, not women acting like men. Nancy recalls leaping out of her chair shouting, “That’s me!” envisioning herself as a female leader, a woman acting as a woman, coaching others to achieve success in the Real Estate industry.

At the event, Nancy was approached by a woman who shared her plans to establish a Woman’s Seminar Company, asking Nancy if she was interested

A Vision and a Mission.

Nancy is a lover of music and long-time fan of Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band, having seen more than 80 of their shows. One of her visions is to use the power of music to spread The One Philosophy. She co-wrote a song with Fiz Anthony, “Everyone’s The One” that she one day plans to sing with Bruce Springsteen!

One Philosophy: A Better Life For You And Humanity.

The

The One Philosophy - now in its third editionteaches us how to transform a basic human tendency into an art that helps us truly value each person we encounter in life.

When we meet someone, we tend to think in terms of what that person can do for us.

That thinking leads us to treat the person as “The One”: the one who would be the perfect client, the perfect partner, the perfect …whatever we need.

Nancy has transformed this tendency into an understanding that every encounter holds the potential of a lesson or an opportunity that makes us successful human beings, whether in our personal lives or in our businesses.

If we treat everyone we meet as “The One” and if we strive to be “The One” for everyone we meet, then we transform our relationships and in turn, the world!

In a society that has become very divisive, The One Philosophy is a much-needed message of compassion, understanding and non-judgment.

globe. Nancy is keen to emphasize that what we see as a resounding success today, is born out of difficulty, disappointment and a steadfast commitment to the vision.

She and her sisters are determined to help other women realize their dreams, whether it involves building from scratch as Nancy did with her Real Estate company, or reformulating a dream, as they did with Women’s Prosperity Network.

in being the Seminar’s Real Estate expert. Nancy’s interest was piqued and she began investing time and money in making the vision of hosting a seminar for 500 guests a reality. Nancy was fully invested in the dream of creating this new paradigm for women leaders and found some interest among her local groups. With little experience in the Seminar business howev er, Nancy was counting on her fellow organizers to ensure that the huge hall that was booked in California, would be filled. In the weeks and days leading up to the seminar, things were not looking good and as it turned out, only fifty people turned up - thirty of whom were booked speakers and invited guests.

Over the previous six months, Nancy had sold her title com pany and handed over her client list, all in the anticipation that her new venture would be a resounding success. On the redeye flight home, Nancy was of course disappointed and de jected, and had little idea of what she would do next. She had spent almost $75k in pursuing this dream. But the voice of one of the women she shared this new woman’s leadership paradigm with, came to her mind. Nancy was determined to find a way to serve her, and women like her. Rather than rejecting and giving up on the dream of creating this new type of community, Nancy reformulated the dream. She left the failed partnership and created a new partnership with her sisters, Trish Carr and Susan Wiener. The rest, as they say, is history.

Women’s Prosperity Network was founded in 2008 and what began as a grassroots endeavor, now serves women around the

“Neurons That Fire Together, Wire Together.”

Wired That Way

“Neurons that fire together, wire together.” (Neuroscientist Herman Hebb)

Ever hear someone say, “That’s just the way I am?” or “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks?”

There is some truth to the former statement. According to neuroscientist, Herman Hebb, “neurons that fire together, wire together’. (1948) He discovered that when someone learns something, neurons connect with other neurons.

These pathways in the brain are formed and reinforced by repetition. This is why behaviors that once took some thought, become automatic.

In addition to learning new skills, humans can also learn emotional behaviors which ultimately run-on autopilot and make up someone’s personality.

People who are negative, do not go out of their way to be negative, over time, their brain is wired to see things through a negative lens.

The good news is that since the brain is malleable, new pathways can be formed. It may not be easy at first but it is doable.

1. Start by noticing your patterns. Are you complaining and comparing? Are you rehashing traumas and losses? What stories are you sharing with your loved ones and friends? Are you worrying about events that haven’t happened yet?

2. Redirect those patterns. Choose a mantra you will repeat to interrupt the negative thoughts or stories. The more you do this, the easier it will get. Change the ending of unfavorable scenarios to the outcome you would like to see (even if you don’t believe it’s possible).

By interrupting the pattern, you are stopping neurons from wiring together.

3. Practice GRATITUDE. Look for reasons to feel grateful.

Every few hours, ask yourself the following questions:

W: Who or what made a difference for me?

I: What did I do for myself or others?

N: Did I try something new?

S: What made me laugh or smile until my sides hurt?

Bottom line, the brain is malleable and you can teach an “old dog new tricks”!

Wired That Way /// Gratitude Lifestyle

The feminine and the masculine both exist within every human being. They become Divine when we connect them to the universal spark that is within and accessible to each of us. However, the strength of the signal and the impact of it in our lives, can be greatly affected by our childhood wounding, which shows up as the Wounded Feminine and/or Wounded Masculine. The level, to which we as individuals, have opened ourselves to their presence in us and learned to balance them, is the level to which we are able rise to our highest potential. Any divide between the two will show up as separation.

As spiritual beings having a human experience, we seem to know this. Yet we still often separate into women’s circles and men’s groups. None of these are bad or wrong and each has an important place. But how often will a women’s circle know or invite the perspective of the masculine or how often will a men’s group present a feminine point of view? If these are the places where women and men learn, when will we ever learn about each other from each other?

We have been taught that women and men are completely different. But is this true? Is it possible that both men and women desire the same thing? And what is that thing? Connection; deep, powerful, transformative connection.

Harmonizing the q and the Divine

This may come as a complete surprise for some of the women reading this, because what you may think you see much of the time is a man devoid of feelings and only capable of one emotion: anger. But, as men, we have many feelings. It’s just that we have not normalized our other emotions by expressing them. We have fears, just like women do, but we are also fearful that if we shared our deepest pain, we would no longer be attractive to women because you are looking for a “real” man whose emotional unavailability may still be a subconscious turn-on for you.

Divine Feminine

q

So, often in relationships a man cannot share what is on his heart and in that energy, she does not feel safe revealing herself to him. I call this the “Emotional Intimacy Stalemate”. She may be looking for a man she can open her heart to yet if that man has not opened his own heart or does not feel emotionally safe within himself, he has little to offer her. And sadly, our world has been the perfect place for some women to begin losing hope of ever finding such a man and perhaps, without knowing it, further closing their own hearts in the process. Ironically, our world desperately needs the openhearted authentic power of the Divine Feminine woman more than ever.

At this point, the situation may seem quite daunting. But there is hope. You see, once we acknowledge, make peace with, and embrace both the feminine and masculine energies within ourselves and learn to balance them, we can function at a completely different level. Yet this will likely require healing the wounded feminine and wounded masculine within ourselves. We can do some of this work on our own. We will then see our progress in our relationships.

One of the struggles for some men is fearing the presence of anything feminine within ourselves because it conflicts with the narrative that we are required to be the unfeeling and unmovable force. But this also creates great confusion within us; we feel the need to figure out women, which of course, is not possible. For the energetically balanced man, this is not even necessary.

As we create the new earth, the energetic balance we seek will require that women recenter in their Divine Feminine and that men discover their own Divine Feminine aspect and make peace with it.

Dysautonomia

Why You Feel Dizzy, Fatigued, and Constantly in Pain.

A little known cause of dizziness, fatigue, and chronic pain is being seen in greater numbers in the last two years. These conditions fall under the umbrella of conditions called dysautonomia or autonomic nervous system dysfunction. While you may not have heard of dysautonomia, you may have heard of some specific types such as postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), orthostatic intolerance (OI), or vaso-vagal syncope.

At its core, dysautonomia is a neurological condition that affects the part of your body that controls the way your internal organ systems operate. This can include effects on heart rate, blood pressure, gastrointestinal function, and even bladder function. Your nervous system is designed so that your brain controls all of these organ systems without conscious thought, so it feels like these organs work on auto pilot.

But if any part of this system breaks down, then people can develop signs and symptoms of organ dysfunction. That means that patients can have a feeling of a racing heart, even

when all of the tests on the heart say that it’s okay. You can also have bowel and bladder distress even though all of the imaging and tests say that there’s nothing wrong with those organs.

That is because the organ itself is fine (for now), but part of the nervous system that controls these organs isn’t working.

The most common signs of dysautonomia include:

Lightheadedness (especially when standing too quickly)

Dizziness/imbalance

Fatigue

Migraine headaches

Irritable bowel symptoms

Clammy/cold hands

Discoloration of the hands or feet

Chronic pain

Dysautonomia disproportionately affects more women than men. It is also very common in conditions like chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, and autoimmune diseases like

rheumatoid arthritis. Dysautonomia is also an important consequence of bad viral infections like Mononucleosis, but is becoming more widely identified in patients with Long COVID. In general, these patients don’t feel well, and have a really hard time managing their energy, but their diagnosis doesn’t always fit their symptoms.

While many patients will get some of these diagnoses that present with dysautonomia, very few patients actually have dysautonomia identified so that it can

be treated properly. This is why it is important to see a doctor that will not only give you an accurate diagnosis, but will also understand how the nervous system can be involved in variety of illnesses.

The good news is that dysautonomia is treatable. There are medications that can help calm symptoms of rapid heart rate and reduce pain and anxiety, but a functional neurological approach to brain rehabilitation can drastically improve a patient’s quality of life.

Your NUUCCA practitioner, can perform a thorough exam to identify signs of dysautonomia and develop a customized therapy plan to help rehabilitate the brain to address this dysfunction. Once they know the appropriate areas of the nervous system to target, they can apply therapies that are particularly effective in reducing dizziness, improving fatigue, and driving down persistent pain or headaches.

I help others share their stories….stories that need to be heard. Knowing that our experiences can help shape the lives of others, is a powerful way that we can be encouraged to step outside of our shells and become our best selves.

Why is this happening to me?

That person is so nice. Why them?

Why did I not receive what I prayed for?

Why does the earth exist?

Why is there such chaos in the world?

Why? Why? Why?

The answers to these questions are faith, belief, and trust.

Give up looking for physical proof. When you stop asking why and trust the process, you won’t have the need to ask why, how, or when anymore; It will just make total sense to you.

Part of the overwhelming need to ask questions is that we are attached to a specific outcome. A need to see, touch, and feel the end result.

Why, when, and how questions are all based on a limitation; limited time.

Understanding that we live for eternity; eternity having no end and, therefore, no time limit. If there is no time limit, there is no end and no need to wait for something or anything to happen.

A Metaphysical Approach to Receiving Your Blessings.

Why Ask Why?

The one question you will never receive a clear answer to is - why?

It doesn’t matter to ask any of those questions anymore if you trust that this is the situation you are experiencing in the moment and that it does not last.

Accepting and being present is your best ammunition to ward off fear, depression, sadness, and confusion.

The most significant part of the awakening process is to accept this real ity and to do your part in the evolution of consciousness. You get to live this life repeatedly; why not make it better each time?

Not with material possessions or romantic relationships but with total dedication to yourself: your growth, expansion, knowledge, and wisdom?

Ultimately, this is your soul’s journey, not your physical form’s path.

Believing and having faith that everything is as it should be, will alleviate much stress, insecurity, and fear.

Not having fear of the unknown becomes confidence in just doing. It’s about living full out, taking chances and risks, and knowing that each out-

come should be exactly as it turned out.

Accept that your perceived mistakes and failures are just lessons and stepping stones in your education of life.

How can we achieve greatness without any effort? No effort, no rewards.

Try practicing conscious living principles: focusing on being present and living in the moment.
