Other awards included Outstanding Personality Award, Conferment of Honorary Fellows and Honorary Members as well as the ASEAN Building Safety Award. The event ended with cultural performance courtesy of PII and the hand over of the flag to the next host. PII President, Ir. Dr Heru Dewanto handed the flag to the VUSTA Vice President, Dr Sc. Nghiem Vu Khai to host CAFEO 38. Vietnam being the next host for CAFEO 38 had announced that the Conference and meeting would be held at Da Nang City from 25-27 November 2020. The dinner ended at 11.30 p.m.

14 SEPTEMBER 2019 [DAY 4) TECHNICAL VISIT/LOCAL TOUR CAFEO 37 official event wrapped up with a technical visit to Menara Astra. Menara Astra was completed in 2017 and won the MIPIM Asia Awards 2018 as Best Innovative Green Building which this building is design based on Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Building. Their maintenance team shared with the ASEAN visitors on their plan and execution on maintenance so as to ensure that their building are always certified to Platinum Green Building.

Some went to their famous Baroe for shopping session while others did their shopping at the famous shopping malls and traditional markets. This was a wonderful trip to Jakarta and everyone hoped to see each other once again during CAFEO 38 at Da Nang City, Vietnam from 25-27 November 2020. Bye until we meet again.
