Good crew, good service WHEN Tallygaroopna couple, Stuart and Margaret Meyland decided to move to Shepparton the search for a new home wasn’t as ‘straight forward’ as they’d imagined.

Margaret said, “Originally I didn’t want to build, I just wanted to buy a house.

But when we couldn’t find anything we quite liked we went into the Sessions Builders display house and it was just perfect, it was just what we wanted.”

Margaret said, “The house we looked at was the one we went with. We looked at a couple of plans, but the original house was the one we wanted.

Margaret said she’d always wanted a bedroom at the front of the house and Stuart’s only specification was that he have room for a shed.

“O ur consultant, D ianne was wonderful. She helped us find our block, a corner block, which would suit our plans for a shed and double entrance.”

Being the first time the couple had built, Stuart and Margaret weren’t sure what to expect, but Margaret said, “It just went beautifully.

The right heating for your new home PERHAPS one of the most important finer details to consider while your building a new home is the most efficient and cost effective way to heat your household.

Given that heating and cooling amounts to approximately 23 percent of Australian household energy use, homeowners need to consider their home heating requirements and choose a system that not only delivers the right amount of warmth to avoid energy wastage, but looks stylish in their living environment.

Gas heating is cheaper and kinder to the environment than electricity, generating around one-third of the amount of greenhouse gas emissions.
