» Representatives from the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt will conduct an immigrant visa briefing at 9:30 a.m. today in Bldg. 8660, Room 202, on Smith Barracks. The briefing is designed for military community members who will need an immigrant visa to bring their non-U.S. citizen family members back to the states. Representatives will explain the application process for U.S. immigrant visas and provide information to assist community members in expediting applications and avoiding unnecessary delays. » A pancake breakfast fundraiser is being held to raise funds for the Stuttgart Girl Scouts day camp. The fundraiser takes place from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday at The Old Firehouse, Waldburgstrasse 104, 71032 Böblingen (Panzer). The story follows a baker and his wife who wish to have a child, Cinderella who wishes to attend the king’s festival, and Jack who wishes his cow would give milk. When the baker and his wife learn

that they cannot have a child because of a Witch’s curse, the two set off on a journey to break the curse. Everyone’s wish is granted, but the consequences of their actions return to haunt them later with disastrous results. This thrilling and surprising musical is one you definitely do not want to miss! » The Community for Autism Understanding, Support and Education support group meets from 6 to 7 p.m. April 8 in the media center at Vogelweh Elementary School. » The Kaiserslautern Arts and Crafts Center is hosting an Intro to Quilting class that focuses on one of the oldest and simplest quilting patterns — a rail fence quilt. Ideal for beginners, this quilt is simple and easy to construct. This quilt is constructed of four fabrics in complementary colors. The Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 11 a.m., with the fair following immediately after. The fair will include a chili cook-off, a pie bake-off, face painting, relay races, tug-of-war, bouncy castles, cake walks, carnival games, demonstrations and much more. A shuttle bus will be provided from Smith Barracks to Wetzel Kaserne throughout the day, and parking will be available in Upper Wetzel near the skate park and high school.
