Welcome summer! It’s so easy to find joy in each day when the sun is shining. The flowers are blooming and bringing smiles to people’s faces. If you are a gardener, you, no doubt, have been spending time getting the seeds and plants started for fall harvest. Fresh vegetables are the best. Speaking of fresh vegetables, if you haven’t tried one of our feature salads, summer is the time to do so. Our feature salads are becoming a favorite for many. For the Billings/Laurel Meal Sites, we offer either the hot meal of the day or a featured monthly salad. In June we are featuring a Chef Salad with a creamy ranch dressing. July will feature a Summer Chicken Strawberry Salad with a poppyseed dressing. As we move forward we are introducing activities at 1505 Ave D location as well as 935 Lake Elmo Drive. At our 1505 Ave D location, we are starting cribbage, Hand and Foot, and Pinochle. To register contact MaryBeth, at 406-259-9666. Ext. 208
At our 935 Lake Elmo Drive location, we play Bingo, Rummikub, and Mexican train. If interested, contact Janlyn for more information 406-606-1170.
