Boosters are now recommended for everyone over 16 years of age. If you need more assistance with scheduling, transportation or are unable to leave your home to get a vaccine or booster, call the ADRC : 715-839-4735. The State of Wisconsin also has a call center at 1-844-684-1064 for personal assistance with COVID-19 vaccine related questions.
