INSTRUCTOR BIO: STEPHANIE BURLE has been a certified personal trainer since 2005. She enjoys training and encouraging clients to meet their individual fitness needs, while learning to make important lifestyle changes. She is also a nutritional consultant and helps clients develop ways to make healthy and sustainable food choices. She began her college career studying Elementary Education and soon switched to personal training. Stephanie is certified as a personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). She has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Oakland University with a minor in Exercise Science. Stephanie is certified in CPR/ AED and First Aid through the American Red Cross. Additionally, she is a certified Tai Chi for Energy instructor through the Tai Chi For Health Institute. 10
