I always stood outside Galaxy Apartments in
Bandstand, Bandra, Mumbai for more than 30
minutes whenever I visited Mount Mary Church
to catch a glimpse of my favourite star Salman
Khan. I joined the gym after seeing Salman’s OH
OH JAANE JAANA SONG from the movie Pyar
Kiya To Darna Kya. My sister and I got beaten
once by my father as we both jumped out of
our beds, and hurt someone while getting right
in front of TV to get a close look at Salman’s
interview. Salman Khan! The so called BHAI of
Bollywood used to be my favourite actor, till I
recently read an article about Ravindra Patil.
Ravindra Patil, a young Mumbai Police constable
who was appointed as the security guard of Salman Khan died as hedidn’t give up and believed in truth and justice. Ravindra, was the key
eye witness to Salman’s very famous hit and run case, he revealed thetruth in his statement against Salman Khan. Ravindra Patil was tortured,
threatened, removed from his job and disowned by his family.
