In 1965, Donald Kendall, the CEO of Pepsi-Cola, and Herman Lay, the CEO of Frito-Lay, recognized what they called “a marriage made in heaven,” a single company delivering perfectly-salty snacks served alongside the best cola on earth. Their vision led to what quickly became one of the world's leading food and beverage companies: PepsiCo.
For more than 50 years, as tastes, trends and lifestyles have changed, PepsiCo has evolved with them. Our willingness to adapt and grow has transformed our snack and soda company into a collection of global brands including Pepsi and Quaker, Gatorade and Tropicana, Frito-Lay and beyond. Today, PepsiCo is one of the world’s most-respected companies with products sold in more than 200 countries and territories and 22 brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.
PepsiCo is also celebrated for its commitment to doing business the right way, integrating Purpose into our business strategy. In 2019, we adopted a new vision: to Be the Global Leader in Convenient Foods and Beverages by Winning with Purpose. Winning with Purpose is the next chapter in our purpose agenda and conveys our belief that sustainability can be an even greater contributor to our success in the marketplace.
Our company is made up of six divisions: PepsiCo Beverages North America; Frito-Lay North America; Quaker Foods North America; Latin America; Europe Sub-Saharan Africa; and Asia, Middle East and North Africa. Each of these divisions has its own unique history and way of doing business.
PepsiCo is one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies serving more than 200 countries and territories around the world

This policy applies to all employees working on assignment for Adecco.
The primary aim of the policy is to help individuals whose performance and/or conduct has failed to reach the required standards to make necessary improvements.
The policy does not form part of employees’ contracts of employment with Adecco or otherwise have contractual effect. In all cases, before disciplinary action is taken the employee will be informed of the allegations made against him/her and an investigation will be held to establish the facts surrounding the complaint. The employee will have the opportunity to state his/her case and to put forward any extenuating circumstances.
An employee invited to attend a disciplinary hearing which may result in the termination of their employment or other disciplinary punishment will receive a written explanation of the allegation against them.
Disciplinary hearings will be conducted in such a way to make sure that the employee is able to present their case. At all disciplinary hearings the employee has the right to be accompanied by a fellow colleague or recognised trade union representative of his/her choice. If a complaint is upheld the employee will be informed of the disciplinary action to be taken and the improvements in conduct or work performance that are required. The disciplinary procedure may be invoked at any of the following levels depending upon the seriousness of the offence.
In the case of a minor offence of misconduct or where performance remains substandard despite training and counselling, a first written warning may be issued, following the principles explained above and will normally remain current for 12 months.
Repetition of a minor offence, a more serious single act of misconduct or continued poor performance may lead to a final written warning. The employee will be told what improvements in performance or conduct are necessary. The possible consequences of failure to reach and maintain the required standards will be explained and the warning will normally remain current for a period of twelve months. The final stage of the disciplinary procedure is dismissal.
Dismissal will be without notice in cases of gross misconduct. Copies of the the full Disciplinary Procedure are available from Adecco onsite office

Social media tools are important means to connect colleagues and friends online across geographies. They include blogs (an author’s regular posts on a topic, often with visitor comments), microblogs, (such as Twitter), wikis (web pages to which anyone can contribute), social networks (such as Facebook, Linked In) and video sharing websites (such as YouTube).
