You will already have been in contact with one of our Recruitment Consultants, who will continue to manage the initial stages of your application and help you arrange and prepare for your interview.
Successful candidates will progress to our onboarding team to take charge of the next steps.

Onboarding team
Congratulations on securing your new role.
Our onboarding team will now work to ensure everything is in place for day one of your new assignment, including a welcome call to discuss the details with you.
This will cover:
Background checks
Pre-employment vetting
Contract issuing
Anything else required
Once you’ve started your new role, our aftercare team will take over.

Aftercare team
Our aftercare team are here to guide and support you throughout your assignment, including:
Settling down into your first week
Submitting timesheets correctly
Receiving contract renewals
Paid annual leave or sickness absence
Providing mental health support if you need it

Redeployment team
Once you approach the end of your assignment, you’ll naturally be thinking about what comes next.
Our redeployment team will collaborate with our internal account teams to ensure we find the most suitable opportunity for you.
