FINANCES: The Chairman thanked the Clerk for all her work as the PC Financial Officer. PC VACANCIES: There were three applications and after a vote, Diane Danton and Chris Shallis were co-opted onto the PC, SAFEG ARDING POLIC : This was agreed. NEIGHBO RHOOD PLAN: A meeting was taking place with CDC on 18 September to clear with them that the policies proposed will fit with the CDC Local Plan. The proposal now is for all ANP documents to be completed by 30 September and ready for approval by the PC at the October PC meeting. PC WEBSITE: Councilor Phipps had updated the website and would be circulating the link for Councillors to view, prior to the website going live. PC S RGERIES: Two residents had attended. There was a re uest for a cul de sac sign at Adderbury Court and a seat in Croft Lane. The problem of parking around the area of the RC Church in Round Close Road was also raised. BENCHES: The memorial bench was still being progressed by the residents and they would update the Clerk in due course. A bench in Croft Lane had been suggested and Councillors would look at suitable locations. DOG BIN: It was agreed that a green dog bin be placed by the corner of Chapel Lane and High Street. A suitable location would be identified. MEMORIAL TREE: It was agreed to replace a memorial tree in the cemetery. TREE S RVE : Thanks were extended to Andy Barnes for ensuring that this survey would be completed by a small sub-group. An action plan to carry out the necessary work would be set in place. LIBRAR : There had been a successful Pimms and Posh Frocks evening. The AGM would be held on 30 September and a uiz night on 14 November. PLA AREAS: All was well at The Rise, and a rope on the climbing frame at Lucy Plackett needed replacing. REC CLING SERVICES: The PC re uested that there be more household based collection services if the recycling centres would be closing. TW FORD ROAD: Two Councillors would be looking into the traffic and vehicular issues on Twyford Road. NE T MEETING: 20 October 7.30 pm Church House. i C RI

C ristmas Li ts 28 St Marys Road, Adderbury, will be switched on Sunday, 29 November at 6 pm. Father Christmas will be making his annual visit with music, stalls, raffle, and tombola.
