Located in a newly renovated apartment block, we were appointed to dress the penthouse and a duplex. Working closely with the client and with both apartments finished to a high specification, the designers couldn’t wait to dress them.

Complementing the modern design of the apartments, the furnished penthouse was designed to show off a contemporary, artistic style. However, the designers decided to dress the second duplex with a mixture of classic pieces for a more timeless, stylised feel. Both schemes were well received which has since, led to further opportunities for us in the area.

Thank you to the BoxNine 7 team for providing such a helpful service. We really felt like they took the time to listen and understand the scope of the project. The designers that worked on the project were exactly what we were looking for. This London waterside project was somewhat tricky, with compromised views, but commanded a £2m price tag. Once the team transformed the space, incorporating some bright soft furnishings, upholstered headboards, sheer curtains and accessories, they vastly improved the overall look and the property was soon after sold to include the furniture. We would absolutely recommend BoxNine 7 to anyone.

The main rooms were beautifully furnished to create the family atmosphere required, thus we were able to produce a good brochure for the house and the property felt loved on viewings. I’m pleased to say we found a buyer within 10 days of marketing the property, and I am sure the furnishings greatly helped the buyer to visualise his family there.

We start by gathering information about your property, the location, value and square footage. We then request a floorplan so that we can provide an initial quotation tailored to your property within 24 hours.

02 [ SITE VISITS ]

Your dedicated team member will then carry out a site visit to measure the space and individually assess each room and revise the quotation accordingly.

Furniture specification is subject to manufacturer’s availability at time of completion and where necessary, may be substituted for a comparable product.

03 [ DESIGN ]

Following payment, your designer will begin arranging a tailored scheme which compliments your property, and in turn, making it stand out from the crowd, minimising time on the market and maximising value.

04 [ THE INSTALL ]

On the day of installation, our dedicated and professional Logistics team deliver and install your turnkey solution, transforming your property into a home.

05 [ AFTER CARE ]

On completion of the installation, we will arrange a walk throughout the property to sign off the project.
