The Conscious Collection This ‘Conscious Collection’ has been designed by us, as a part of Britain’s first B Corp certified interior design collective. It isn’t labelled the ‘sustainability’ collection for a very good reason. You see we’re not 100% sustainable, and that’s a fact. But we’re on our journey towards a more sustainable design future, and so we’re conscious of our every step. Our designers have worked their graft sourcing suppliers for each furniture piece, with an aim to redefine the way your property is furnished. Designed for longevity, our furniture has been crafted to last, with the use of durable and high-quality materials that will withstand the demands of everyday use. From handcrafted and carbon conscious, to non-toxic and organic, our transparency on this is illustrated through ‘Environmental Icons’ which you will find labelled and explained on all our products.
Our Environmental Icons At BoxNine7, we believe in transparency and responsible sourcing. To forever increase our offering of responsible products, we need to seek full traceability from our handpicked suppliers. The role of the environmental icons is to grade our supply chain’s products, whilst giving you clarity and confidence in buying from us. You will find these icons labelled on all our Conscious Collection pieces.
ORGANIC Product is made up of >70% naturally occurring raw materials, without the use of chemical or other artificial elements.
THOUGHTFUL FURNITURE Item is reclaimed, recycled or upcycled usually an antique or vintage item given a new life.
MADE IN THE UK Product is manufactured or assembled within the UK.
FSC TIMBER Wood has been harvested in compliance with rules and regulations to protect our natural resources.
ETHICAL Supply chain conforms with all relevant International Labour Organisation (ILO) policies surrounding child labour, workers rights, freedom of association, minimum wages and health & safety.
DIVERSE & INCLUSIVE SUPPLIER Supplier celebrates the values of equality, diversity, and inclusion by being an actively diverse supplier and promoting inclusivity and opportunity.
CARBON CONSCIOUS Supplier is carbon neutral or has plans in place to get to achieve this. They are able to inform us of the carbon footprint of the product they supply.
HANDCRAFTED Products and/or elements have been handcrafted by artisans to preserve craft traditions and support independent artisan businesses.

This stool is the result of a new innovative waste-to-value technique which enables Mater to reuse industrial waste. The seats are made from recycled industrial plastic waste and coffee bean shells from BKI Coffee. The waste materials are mixed in a unique compound, suitable for press moulding – a method designed to reuse companies’ resources more efficiently.

This product uses no composite materials, and saves on resources ensuring a design minimising emissions and maximising the reuse of offcuts. The FSC certified wood contributes towards biodiversity, social and economic benefit.

When this bed frame is purchased, a tree is planted. The velvet is made from postconsumer PET bottles. Approximately 240 bottles are reused for the fabric. Made in the EU and wrapped with 100% recycled packaging.
This lamp shade is made from bamboo and this supplier partners with the WakaWaka Foundation, supporting one billion people living off-grid without access to electricity and providing them with solar products.

SITE VISITS
We start by gathering information about your property, the location, value and square footage.
When you are happy with the initial quotation, a site visit will be arranged by your client manager.
We then request a floor plan, so that we can provide an initial quotation tailored to your property within 24 hours.
After the site visit has been carried out, we revise the quotation accordingly and if necessary, recommend any additional finishes to your space.

PRICE PROMISE
Working with a vast selection of UK and European suppliers, the Styling and Project management team will then hand select your furniture pieces from our curated schemes to reflect the target market and apartment specifications.
We want you to be delighted with all elements of your furniture pack design and quotation. If you find a competitive quote, we will match the price of like-for-like items with our ‘price promise’ guarantee.

When you are happy with the inventory, you will receive your final quote and invoice. On receipt of payment, your client manager will be in touch to confirm an installation date.
Your project will be managed by our dedicated project delivery team. Typically delivery and installation takes place 3 weeks from point of cleared funds. If you need your package more quickly, we will do our best to accommodate.
07 THE INSTALL Our deliveries are carried out by our dedicated and professional installation team. We typically complete the install within 1 working day and will collect and return your keys to your agent if necessary.
Logistics & Delivery
Typically, delivery and installation takes place 3 weeks from point of cleared funds. Our Logistics team have been trained to ensure a best-in-class standard when delivering and installing your furniture. All members of the team are fully equipped and proficient in installation techniques, art hanging, PAT testing and furniture protection & packaging. From procurement to delivery, quality assurance is at the forefront of each process within BoxNine7. Having been awarded ISO9001 and CHAS accreditation, we adhere to world-class standards and ensure excellence and efficiency is never overlooked.
