The LTG's The LTG's

Thoughts Thoughts

This is a new section I'm starting to cover my own personal thoughts and ideas over the past months! I got this idea from the past LTG, Akhil (thanks dude!), so I plan on continuing it throughout my term! Also, to incorporate my constant music listening issue, I'll include an album of the month! This is just to make my newsletter more exciting to look forward to, so I hope you guys enjoy it!

I'm glad to say my first full month as LTG has felt very fulfilling! I'm so glad to have started things off so well, and although it has been kind of slow with communication, I plan on hopefully pushing more to receive info from the remaining schools. I also felt very good with our first DCM, and I enjoyed meeting everyone that attended (even though I kind of already knew most of you). I plan on working more on my communication and activity skills, to hopefully make things more vibrant! I also have started planning our division project, so keep an eye out for that!

It was very hard to pick a first entry for this, since I've been re-listening to a lot of my favorite albums. However, I've decided to go with "Happier Than Ever" by Billie Eilish, aka my favorite artist EVER. This album, despite critics, was a great follow-up to her amazing first album I feel like, practically all the songs giving such a different vibe yet still all tying into one another. If you haven't listened to it yet, I definitely recommended!

July DCM

I believe our first DCM went great! I'm hoping for more attendees as I get more emails back from schools, but even then, I was very glad with the show-up! I've decided not to do another form, but instead just schedule our July DCM now. Mark your calendars for July 12th at 5 pm CST, I'll post the zoom meeting info closer to the date. If you were unable to attend our June DCM, I have already put the slideshow in our linktree. I hope to see all of you there!

Hopefully by now, most of your clubs should have held their officer elections. If they have not done this yet, please make it a priority and send me the info asap. I hope to be able to collect all the new officers contact info sooner than later that way we can go into this new term smoothly!
