PROPOSED PARKING P1 a large parking space is proposed besides beach road, All the on-street parked vehicle on beach Road and near beach road, can be accommodate in this parking space mitigating the problem of congestion. Moreover, it will reduce the risk of accidents and will increase the overall potential of the Rk beach. P2 parking space is proposed beside Andhra University and 1.8 km away from Asillmetta. P3 closed parking lot besides the stadium will incorporate parking of vehicles owned by spectators visiting stadium on occasions. However, on normal days will provide parking space to vehicles moving on HB road and NH 5 PARKING POLICY AND GUIDELINES Parking Management Committee should be created; committee shall have competent professionals, representatives from traffic police, municipal corporations, along with city engineers who are capable of managing and overseeing these complex and highly technical tasks. •Enforcement - traffic police to declare a “no tolerance zone” for illegal parking on any public place in the project area not designated as parking and penalise for illegal parking and remove any impediments from the road. •These parking will be used as night school to educate poor people [ Timings: 8pm-11pm].
