Covering so many bases requires collaboration however, and some of Palma Markets’ main partners are top architect Miguel Martínez de Campos, construction company Zalmoxis owned by Ionel Puiu Mustatea (their collaboration is so common they’ve named it “Casa Nostra” so people don’t get confused), in-house consultancy Paris Palma Art Advisory lead by art specialist Claire Alliot Soto and garden architect Benita Garcia with her company Greenup. These and other collaborations came together to deliver a future true gem of Santa Catalina; an array of exclusive homely apartments and penthouses close to the mercado and restaurant mecca that you find in Santa Catalina, a combination of Scandinavian and Mallorcan style in the very upper hippie area that indulges and seduces with magical views of Cathedral and marina. Carina is always careful to link projects to the local context: “We always invite our clients to maintain the Mallorcan style, to not lose the style of the island, which is one of the reasons we all want to live here,” she says while talking of another project, this time in Sant Feliu, one of the most famous streets in Palma were Palma Markets sold a city palace and works with the client developing the property

Sin embargo, cuando se cubren tantos aspectos se necesita colaborar con otros, y algunos de los socios principales de Palma Markets son el gran arquitecto Miguel Martínez de Campos, la constructora Zalmoxis, cuyo dueño es Ionel Puiu Mustatea (colaboran tan frecuentemente que la han bautizado como “Casa Nostra”, para que la gente no se equivoque), su propia consultora, Paris Palma Art Advisory, al frente de la cual se encuentra la especialista en arte Claire Alliot Soto y la diseñadora de jardines

Hier wird der traditionelle Eingang in einem neuen Stil neu interpretiert, der zum Sitzen und Relaxen einlädt, wenn Sie nach Hause kommen – all das wird durch die Verwendung hochwertiger Materialien und die einzigartige Mischung aus skandinavischem Stil mit einem Touch New York und Mallorca.
