MEMBERSHIP
Our Members specialize in traditional and contemporary realist water media, oil, acrylic, pastels, colored pencil, graphite, charcoal, and mixed media, painting, drawing and sculpture. The AAPL represents artists residing and working across the United States and territories.
Established in 1928 by a group of artists in New York City, the AAPL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of realism in American fine art. The AAPL is composed of a curated group of over 700 member artists across the country representing the finest of American realism. New members are always welcome.
