• Country Range Italian Seasoning

The versatility of the Signature by Country Range Doughballs shine as they are transformed into a dessert pizza topped with apple crumble for a seasonal showstopper that’s both comforting and playfully spooky.
INGREDIENTS
• Pizza base made using a Signature by Country Range Sourdough Style Doughball
• 500g Country Range Solid Pack Apples
• 5g Country Range Cinnamon
• 3g Country Range Nutmeg
• 30g Country Range Ready to Use Custard
• 50g Country Range Crumble Mix For the Caramel:
• 250g Sugar
• 50g Butter
• 150g Double Cream
METHOD
1. Dice the apple into small squares roughly 8mm squared. Put into a pan with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and cook until soft. It will become slightly puréed, but this is ok.
2. Add the crumble mix to a tray and bake at 160°c until the crumble is golden brown.
3. Tip the sugar into a heavy-based frying pan, stir in 4 tbsp water, then place over a medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Turn up the heat and bubble for 4-5 mins until you have caramel. Take off the heat, then carefully stir in the cream and butter. Leave the sauce to cool.
4. Spread out the apple mix at the bottom of the pizza base followed by a healthy layer of caramel sauce.
5. Bake in your desired oven until golden and crispy, remove and top with the crumble followed by a drizzle of custard on top.

We are delighted to share with you our Cherry Raisin and Oat Cookie Recipe. With reduced sugar but a tastefull, delicious flavor and as well a fit for vegans it will be a favorite on your menu!
Ingredients
These biscuits were made by Jenny one of our costumers. She reduced the sugar from the original recipe and also used less cherries to reduce the sugar further.
* Bebo Cooking & Baking 9oz 250g
* Caster Sugar 2oz 50g
* Light brown sugar 2oz 50g
* Self-rising flour 5oz 150g
Method
* Porridge oats 8oz 225g
* Glace cherries 3oz 75g
* Raisins 3oz 75g
1. Pre- heat the oven to 170˚C, 350˚F, gas mark 4.
Kitchen tip
If you want to reduce the sugar further you could make them with just raisins and leave the cherries out altogether. This will make the sugar per biscuit 9.5g.
Allergen information
2. Cream together the Bebo Cooking & Baking and the sugars.
3. Mix in the flour and oats.
4. Fold in the cherries and the raisins.
5. Roughly shape into 16 balls, lightly flatten, and bake on a tray for 13-15 minutes or until golden but still soft in the middle.
6. Leave to cook on the baking tray before transferring to wire rack.
