Austria pavilion Expo

The installation, which is located inside the Austria Pavilion, takes guests on a thrilling trip via outstanding spatial sequences, combining sensory and digital encounters in a unified structure. In modern architecture, that argument was made, and asymmetry was promoted for that reason.

The cones of varied heights cause air to constantly move, ensuring temperature balance, following the model of wind towers from local architecture tradition.

Vilnius National Concert Hall

Winner of the World Design Awards 2020 is Studio Makal Pte Ltd. Vilnius, being the home of Lithuania’s two major symphony orchestras, had long been in need of a new prime facility with world-class acoustics. As a result, there have been requests for an architectural competition. Studio Makal replied with a new National Concert Hall on Tauras Hill, which is located in the heart of Vilnius’ city center and stands out in the cityscape. Locals go to this popular spot, which overlooks the city and is home to the current Trade Union Palace.

Studio Makal’s proposal honors the Lithuanian identity forged in the crucible of independence fights during the country’s formative years. A forest of white ornate columns encircles the main building shape, giving it a cage-like appearance, symbolizing the nation’s tyranny. The Hall’s entry is constructed by peeling away the cage-like columns, breaking away from the tight repetition to allow guests to peek into the Lithuanian people’s enthusiasm, which has been cultivated over many years. The two domes within, which house the performance halls, depict the people’s emerging creativity and energy as they are liberated from their shackles.

The plan strengthens the connective arteries and visual connections between the two realms, in appreciation of the importance of the public domains (old Vilnius Evangelical Cemetery and Lukiks Square). Public areas, such as playgrounds and cafes, help to maintain this uninterrupted connectivity.

All visitors to the National Concert Hall enter either the North or South doors, which are located on the main street that connects the two halls.

Ceramic art would be collected, preserved, conserved, researched, interpreted, and shown at the Ceramic Art Museum for aesthetic and educational objectives. for the students studying pottery this stimulates both mental and physical exertion, making it an ideal hobby for those who want to spend their energy within. However, when participating in group pottery, one can confidently communicate with other potters while still maintaining silence.

This mesum has a vase shaped attrium as it goes with the functions of the museum and it also make the overall design more interesting.

There is an out door area for the cafes and by the theater on top of he first floor for peaople to interact.

On the ground floor is an exhibition of incomplete ceramic work which has to be air or sundried therefore letting the people to the process in the making of ceramics.

Sustainability and Building Materials The project would be developed in line with the US Green Building Council LEED rating system and would be capable of achieving the lowest LEED silver rating award by US Green Building Council.

This would beb done by using recyclable king of materials for the building construction, a district cooling plant, as well as efficient lighting and water systems.
