Autumn is a season of reflection for many, the end of summer and of an era within our family.

The transition to winter is upon us, so before we all hibernate why not grab your wellies & go explore the great outdoors, that’s certainly what I’m planning to do especially now we have acquired a dog!

We have been successfully running music & movement classes for ages 0-5s for over 12 years & we also offer parties for all ages: Music Parties (ages 0-7); Mixed Parties – music & party games (ages 3-7); & now Themed Parties (school age to age 7). Music party options are usually 45 mins

Derbyshire Maternity Voices Maternity Care Matters; Have your say Derbyshire Maternity Services was set up in March 2018. It was set up as a place for parents and parents to be, to share their views & experiences of maternity care with midwives & local maternity services.

Using feedback gathered from families, we help improve local maternity services working closely with the NHS. We hold informal meetings with a

different theme for discussion each time, we also reach out to families across the region by holding coffee mornings/afternoons.

NSPCC Letter from Santa Make Christmas Magical for a child that you know This year the NSPCC have again teamed up with Santa to send personalised letters to your child nywhere in the world for a suggested donation of £5 per letter.

When you request a letter from Santa there are many options to personalise them, parents can choose from several enchanting Christmas stories and personalise the letter to include their child’s name, age, best friend, gender and a personalised message.

The age categories (1-3, 4-5, 6+, ‘baby’s first’ and ‘grown-up’ letter) ensure the letter is easier to read for younger kids, and longer for more advanced readers.

Once your theme is chosen you can then customise it with your child’s name, age at Christmas, whether they are a boy or girl as well as achievements in the past year. Those that prefer to use the term Father Christmas instead of Santa get the option to sign the letter from

him instead.

NSPCC runs Childline in the UK and the money raised from the Letters from Santa helps sustain this service.

Every £5 raised by Letter from Santa helps ChildLine be there whenever a child seeks help either online or by phone.

All the letters are posted out in early Dec. If you’re ordering more than one for the same address, they’ll be posted together and arrive in a large Rudolph-themed envelope, addressed to ‘The Children’.

Babies are introduced to the water in a safe, calm environment to help them build confidence while having fun.

Pre & Postnatal Exercise classes

Low impact exercise class to strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles as well as providing a full body workout.

Suitable for pregnant mums following 12 week scan and post natal mums from 6 weeks (10 – 12 weeks for c–section delivery). Babies are welcome in the room with mum.
