The 721st Air Mobility Operations Group provided aircraft ground service support to the United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration Armstrong Flight Research Center and to the German Aerospace Agency as they performed a study on biofuels from Jan. 17 to 19 on Ramstein Air Base. According to NASA, the objectives of the study are to examine the effects of alternative fuels and engine technology on aircraft emission. Other objectives include evaluating the performance of new instruments and inlets for potential use in future earthscience missions. Scientists believe this research will help lead to more environmentally-
friendly fuel designs and decrease the formation and persistence of an aircraft’s contrails, the condensed white streaks of vapor left by an aircraft. The study is known as the NASA DLR Multidisciplinary Airborne Experiment and Emission and Climate Impact of Alternative Fuel research projects. To carry this study out, NASA and the German Aerospace Agency required assistance from the 721st AMOG. Garrison fire department wins 4 awards by Mary Ann Davis U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Installation Management Command Directorate U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Directorate of Emergency Services Fire Department was recognized for its professionals and superior performance when it received four annual awards from Installation Management CommandEurope. USAG RP competed against six garrisons to win IMCOM-Europe’s Civilian Firefighter, Fire Officer, Fire Prevention Program and Fire Department of the Year. IMCOM-E Civilian Fire Fighter of the Year Boris Roth was a volunteer firefighter, but turned his hobby into a pro-
fession in 2011 — and his enthusiasm for the job is demonstrated daily. “I try to always give 110 percent (on the job) every year,” the Germersheim Army Depot firefighter said. “In this profession, everything is important — not just the performance of individuals, but the whole team. Everyone contributes a piece to it.” Last year, Roth demonstrated his duty expertise when he was hand selected for a temporary promotion to crew chief, which ensured the Germersheim fire department was successful and ran smoothly. A staircase truck for personnel to board the aircraft, a baggage conveyor capable of unloading support equipment, and lavatory services were also provided by the 721st AMOG to NASA. The 721st AMOG additionally supported NASA with office space and Wi-Fi to help carry out the research experiment. The support was necessary to ensure NASA smoothly carries out their mission. The services provided by the 721st AMOG allowed NASA to reach closer to their aeronautics research goals. According to NASA, continued investment and support will create future U.S. aircraft that consume only half as much fuel and generate only one quarter of current emissions compared to aircraft flown today.

21ST TSC tax service opens for business by Doug Magill 21st Theater Sustainment Command Public Affairs 21st Theater Sustainment Command members now have a new option for having their taxes prepared. The 21st TSC tax centers will open Monday and be open through the end of April. The Kaiserslautern office is located at Room 101 in Bldg. 3210 on Kleber Kaserne in Kaiserslautern. The service is
free to Soldiers, civilians and family members assigned to the 21st TSC throughout Europe. “The ideal candidate is the single Soldier who can’t afford to a hire a tax consultant,” said Capt. Tyler Scharff, 21st TSC legal assistance attorney who will be the Kaiserslautern location’s officer-in-charge. Though do-it-yourself online services are popular, the tax center also offers services that online programs cannot match. A face-to-face service
can make sure clients are getting all of the tax credits they may be eligible for. “You want to make sure service members are getting the tax credits they’re eligible for and to do that, you have to have a conversation with someone,” Scharff said. “If you have a complicated return such as rental properties, or capital gains for example, we have a case-by-case availability of subject-matter experts.” There are additional loca-
tions for 21st TSC members stationed in Baumholder, Stuttgart, Vicenza, Italy, and in the Netherlands. “It’s a good swath across Europe,” Sharff said. “It’s a good program to have here. Because being over here, people may have overseas-specific tax problems they need help with in person.” The Kleber office will have 15 Soldiers staffed to handle tax preparation. The office will also have a drop-off service for
advance returns that will start President’s Day weekend. Tax payers in the states have until April 17 to file, but all overseas personnel have a 60-day extension to file. However, if tax payers owe federal income tax, they will still have to pay interest on any amount paid after the April 17 deadline. Scharff said the tax program processes approximately $2 million in services at each location per tax year.
Frau Vodde retires from German Kantine after 40 years of service by Airman 1st Class Savannah L. Waters 86th Airlift Wing Public Affairs After 40 years of service to the Kaiserslautern Military Community, Marie-Luise Vodde, operator of the German Kantine on Ramstein Air Base, retired Dec. 2017. The German Kantine was contractually sponsored by the 86th Mission Support Group. In cooperation with the German Works Council, Frau Vodde offered wholesome, value-priced, authentic German meals to the base populace for the last 22 years here. With Frau Vodde’s retirement, a contractual request for business proposals was initiated on Jan. 5, and the 17 German vendors interested in assuming operation of the Kantine have until Feb. 8, to respond. The business is expected to reopen during the summer. The 86th Civil Engineer Group also began renovation
work in the German Kantine facility at the start of the New Year. The renovations are to ensure the facility’s compliance with current German food service code requirements. Frau Vodde and her first husband began operating the Einsiedlerhof Kantine in 1977. In 1995, they moved to Ramstein and operated the Kantine here for the last 22 years. “When I got the offer to run the Kantine on Ramstein in 1995, I was able to build a very good relationship with my customers,” Vodde said. “They honored what I did.” During this period, Frau Vodde’s first husband passed away, and she remarried Herr Schroder, who operated the Kantine with her. Even though at least 70 percent of its business was from Americans on the base, the Kantine was made to provide an eating establishment for local workers, and was a very popular place, said

Construction on the runway and other places on Ramstein resulted in a significant increase in construction workers, and a corresponding increase in Kantine business. Ramstein recognizes the iconic contributions Frau Vodde made to the base for
40 years as operator of the German Kantine, at both Einsiedlerhof and Ramstein. Frau Vodde will miss the Kantine life, but is looking forward to retirement. “The Kantine was my life,” Vodde said. “It was very difficult to leave and say good-bye, and I will always remember that time. But for now, I plan on enjoying life.”

Ramstein Northside Post Office changes hours by 86th Communications Squadron Effective next week, the Ramstein Northside Post Office will implement changes to its opening hours to better serve their customers in the Kaiserslautern Military Community. These adjustments are an effort to improve customer service based on analysis of 120 days of customer throughput data. Monday to Thursday hours remain 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for parcel pickup and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for
Finance and Customer Service. First, on Fridays, all postal functions will open at 10 a.m. and close at their current times. Prior to 10 a.m., postal professionals will be conducting training to further enhance your customer experience. Lastly, current Saturday hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. These hours will shift by one hour to 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and provide more opportunities for KMC customers to utilize the post office during the middle of the day.

New process, new hours The Ramstein Visitor Control Center recently changed processes on issuing passes. The VCC now issues passes with a scannable barcode. These passes are valid for one to three days and may be used at any KMC Air Force or KMC Army installation. Any request longer than three days will require customers to receive a long-term pass. Customers should understand with the new process, waiting times may be longer than usual. The VCC changed its operating hours. It opens at 6 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m., seven days a week. After hours, customers may still sign in guests at the west gate. The sponsor must be registered in IACS to sign in visitors. Traffic circle to open Feb. 17
by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Public Affairs Office The L369 traffic circle, the main feature of the ongoing phased L369 roadwork project, will open three months ahead of schedule on Feb. 17. Although the traffic circle will be open in February, construction will continue along L369 and the Ramstein Air Base approach to the circle through Nov. 2019. Reduced speeds and temporary lane shifts will be in effect through the end of 2019. At least one lane of traffic in each direction will remain open and the East Gate will be accessible at all times. When all phases of construction are complete, the traffic circle will provide rapid access to and from Ramstein, as well as the medical center being con-
structed on Rhine Ordnance Barracks, and improve access from the local communities to the A6 autobahn. “The opening of the traffic circle shows significant progress on this important traffic improvement project” said Brig. Gen. Richard G. Moore Jr., 86th Airlift Wing Commander. “The traffic circle includes multiple bypass lanes to improve traffic flow. Increased signage will direct drivers; however, as the traffic circle is elaborate, we urge drivers to continue to exercise caution as they become familiar with the traffic circle layout and construction continues in the area. The Large Vehicle Inspection Station Gate, will be open Monday through Friday with the exception of German holidays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., is another option for POV access to Ramstein.”
L369 serves as the main connection road between local communities, Ramstein AB and the future medical center and the A6 junction at Einsiedlerhof. The German government, with oversight by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, began constructing the traffic circle project in November 2016. L369 traffic will be further improved by the ongoing construction of the new seven lane Access Control Point to ROB and Ramstein as well as a bridge over L369 that will connect Kisling Memorial Drive at Ramstein to the medical center. The ACP includes 600 meter stacking lanes that will prevent traffic from backing up onto L369. The new bridge, scheduled to begin late 2018, will connect the ACP with Ramstein provid-
ing direct access for wounded warriors from the Ramstein flight line to the new medical center. It will also reduce traffic on L369 as U.S. personnel will also be able to travel directly between installations. Upon completion of the ACP and bridge in 2020, the Ramstein East Gate will be closed and used only for contingencies. The completion of the entire traffic circle project including the approach lanes in 2019 will mitigate the impact of the medical center construction traffic. “The completion of the L369 road work in 2019 is part of the comprehensive construction phasing plan that will minimize the impact of the medical center construction traffic, particularly as vertical construction is projected to begin in 2019”, explained the USACE Europe District Commander.

With his newly-acquired knowledge, he trained 30 fellow firefighters and maintained a 100 percent training rate. “Training is very important for firefighters,” Roth said. “This job demands a lot from you, both physically and mentally. Your technical skills should be constantly trained and brought up to date.” USAG RP Fire Chief Marshall Fiedler said he was proud to have Roth on his Germersheim team. “Firefighter Boris Roth has been filling in as crew chief for quite some time, and he’s really stepped up to the plate,” the chief said. “He is clearly one of our emerging leaders in the department and is vital to the continued success of the fire station at Germersheim.” Although his was an individual award, Roth said it was a team win. “I am very proud of my team. We work well together, and even when problems occur, everyone helps each other,” he said. Named IMCOM-Europe’s Fire Officer of the year, Baumholder Fire Department Assistant Chief of Operations Wolfgang Veeck is committed to training and provides more than 4,000 hours of instruction to his firefighters. “Without professional training, you can’t reach a target,” said the veteran firefighter with 35 years of service, who encouraged his team to complete more than the 120-hour minimum training required annually. fulness was also lauded as he partnered with local community fire departments to hold emergency medical training for firefighters, saving $8,500 and strengthening civic partnerships. Veeck’s structural firefighting expertise was apparent, while responding to emergency events and 12 fires, resulting in no loss of life. He was also instrumental for his station’s outstanding performance during their 2017 Fire and Emergency Service Program Assessment. Chief Fiedler commended Veeck for his commitment as a firefighter and leader. “Wolfgang Veeck is an outstanding
senior fire officer and has done a fantastic job at Station 5 Baumholder. His leadership is reflected throughout the station, which contributes to Baumholder providing top-notch customer service to our Soldiers, civilians and Army families.” Veeck, who began his career at 16 as an Idar-Oberstein volunteer fireman, credited his win as a team effort. “I’ve always wanted to help other people and liked the team spirit of the fire department,” he said. “I’m honored and extremely proud of our whole fire department team.” Named as IMCOM-Europe’s top Fire Prevention Program, USAG RP executed the Army’s most complex plan, covering 3,700 facilities in 26 geographically separated installations and spanning 150 miles. The fire prevention team participated in 523 construction meetings and reviewed 186 plans, enabling the relocation of tenant units in support of the consolidation of Europe’s infrastructure program. The team provided 138 public education classes on extinguishers, fire warden and general workplace safety, resulting in 110 new fire wardens trained and 2,400 trained personnel. Additionally, the team exceeded stringent Department of Defense standards, by conducting 250 inspections and 150 fire drills in child development centers, child youth services and schools resulting in zero deficiencies during the 2017 accreditation assessment. “The Fire Prevention team are star performers,” Fiedler said. “They have a tough job — between inspections, public education classes, plans review and their
February 2, 2018 own recurring training requirements — they stay hopping every day. I’m very proud of them.” IMCOM-Europe’s 2017 Fire Department of the Year has 203 firefighters and six fire stations and preserved the mission effectiveness of 45,000 personnel. The fire department’s expertise in structural firefighting was demonstrated in 418 emergency responses to include 12 fires with no loss of life. It is also leading the pack in environmental stewardship by reducing paper usage by 30 percent and completing requirements for the Army’s Green Boot Program certification. Additionally, garrison firefighters participated in host nation fire department events and volunteered more than 1,000 hours of off-duty time in local youth firefighter programs to fortify its solid relationships with host nation departments. Lastly, the fire department capitalized on technology by adopting computer tablets to provide mobile work centers for fire inspectors, replacing traditional desktop computers and portable devices, while saving the garrison $45,000. “We’re ecstatic about the awards and honored to represent the outstanding Army firefighters of IMCOM-Europe,” Fiedler concluded. “We’re a young garrison fire department, and the team has worked hard to get where we are in just a few short years. I’m impressed by the pride, dedication and commitment demonstrated each day by our firefighters. Although we could only nominate one person for each category, the selection for one is a win for the team. It’s definitely a unique organization, and I’m honored to just be a part of it.”

Potato soup Ingredients (for 4 people) • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •
1 pound of potatoes, peeled and diced in 1 inch cubes 4 carrots, peeled and finely diced 2 onions, finely diced 1 leek, cut in half rings finely chopped 2 stalks of celery, finely chopped 8 Vienna sausages (they come 2 linked together at your local economy grocery store) 1 cup of finely chopped cooked bacon 1 tablespoons of lard 4 x 6 inch piece of bacon rind (get this on the economy or at your local butcher) 4 quarts of broth, any flavor will do nicely 2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper ½ teaspoon nutmeg ½ teaspoon marjoram 1 cup of liquid cream
& Vienna sausages
Use a large pot to hold all ingredients. Heat the lard. Add the bacon and onions. After two minutes add the potatoes. Cook for two more minutes and then add the carrots. After two more minutes, add the celery. After 5-10 minutes add the leek. Let all slightly simmer and then add the broth to the mixture. Add the bacon rind now for flavoring. Cut the Vienna sausages in 1 inch pieces. Add spices. Let all simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours. When all potatoes and vegetables are soft, remove the rind and stir the soup with a whisk. This will make it a nice creamy soup. Add the liquid cream and Vienna sausages. Let the sausages warm to heat of soup. You have a nice winter Christmas delight for your enjoyment at home! Serve with a nice fresh dark bread.

Biography
Klaus learned from an early age that he had an interest in food and cooking when he started helping in his parent’s restaurant at the age of ten. He enjoyed the environment so much, that he started an apprenticeship at the Augsburger Hotel Riegele at the age of 16. Klaus has been working in hotels and restaurants ever since, including the famous Ecke Stuben in Augsburg and the Post Hotel in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Throughout his career he has been cooking Gage Holdbrook, 86th Force Support Squadron Outdoor Recreation assistant director of outdoor adventure program, guides trip participants through the Black Forest, Sasbachwalden, Germany, Jan. 21. The 86th ODR offers guided trips throughout Europe, and at their facility on Ramstein Air Base they have rock climbing and various outdoor equipment. Reserve units came together to train on Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear hazards and maybe share some tears. The Army Reserve’s 773rd Civil Support Team sent their six-person CBRN survey team to work with about 50 Soldiers from the activeduty 39th Transportation Battalion. “Today we’re going over some basic CBRN tasks,” said. Staff Sgt. Jorge Alcocercejin, the CBRN NCO for the 39th Transportation Battalion. CBRN training is important for the transportation Soldiers, to make sure they are ready to go forward do their jobs in any environment, he said. “We’ve provided subject matter experts to supplement their CBRN day training,” said 1st Lt. Joshua Varnadoe, the 773rd CST’s survey team leader. “We’re all 74 series, so we’re all CBRN non-commissioned officers or officers.” The Kaiserslautern-area units met at the training area near Landstuhl, where they set up stations to practice CBRN tasks, including identifying chemical agents with M8 and M9 paper, maintaining their M50 chemical protective masks and putting on and taking off Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology protective garments. The 39th just received the JSLIST suits through the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, so this was one of their first opportunities to train with them, Alcocercejin said. The 773rd CST Soldiers also demonstrated the capabilities of their Talon IV CBRN survey robot, nicknamed “Veronica.” In addition, they showed the transportation Soldiers how their TruDefender FirstDefender chemical identification system works. “We have a pretty robust fulltime staff and as long as we have time within our schedule, we like to supplement and augment and assist the active component wherever we can,” Varnadoe said. Helping other units sharpen their skills supports the 773rd CST’s own CBRN training, he said. “One of the best ways to be proficient in our tasks is to teach others,” he added.
At the end of the training, the two units used the nearby gas chamber to test the equipment in a chemical environment with CS tear gas. “That way, we can ensure that our pro masks work properly,” said Private 1st Class Jacob Lewis, an intelligence analyst in the 39th Transportation Battalion. Before entering the chamber, the 773rd CST Soldiers made sure all the masks fit properly. When they were ready, the Soldiers went into the chamber, walked around and did some jumping jacks and pushups with the masks on to demonstrate their effectiveness. Then, while still inside, the Soldiers took off their masks to feel the effect of the gas. Tear gas irritates mucous membranes in the eyes, nose, mouth and lungs, causing tearing, sneezing and coughing. They were allowed to exit the chamber, most of them showing all three symptoms as they ran out. This was the first time Lewis trained on CBRN tasks since he left basic training a year ago. “It’s been a really good refresher because the threat on today’s battlefield is always evolving, always changing so this is good to ensure that the Soldiers are properly prepared for that threat,” he said.

21st TSC recognizes 87 years of dedicated service by Brittany Jones 21st Theater Sustainment Command Public Affairs The 21st Theater Sustainment Command wished farewell to four retiring service members after a combined 87 years of service, during a retirement ceremony, Jan. 26, at Daenner Kaserne. Retirees were Sgt. Maj. Stephen McDermid, 21st TSC Inspector General sergeant major, with 25 years of service. McDermid ended his military career with a master’s degree in international management, a Bronze Star and an Army Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters. Staff Sgt. Victor Valdez, 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, ended his career while pursuing his associate’s degree in finance. Valdez is a recipient of the Afghanistan Service Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal with four knots, and the Naval Unit Commendation Ribbon. Valdez was previously a member of the United States Marine Corps. Staff Sgt. Gerardo Cordero, 51st Composite Transportation Company, served 21 years. Cordero ended his military career in pursuit of his bachelor’s degree in homeland security, and is a recipient of the Iraq Campaign Medal, Army Achievement Medal with four oak leaf clusters and the
Overseas Service Ribbon. Staff Sgt. Wilbur Turgeon, mortuary affairs non-commissioned officer for HHC 16th Special Troops Battalion, ended his military career with a certification in autobody repair. He is a recipient of the NATO medal, the Army Commendation Medal, and the Army Achievement Medal with four oak leaf clusters. The ceremony’s official party included Col. William Galbraith, 21st TSC deputy commanding officer and Command Sgt. Maj. Defarreo Poole, 21st Special Troops Battalion senior enlisted advisor. “Today is about celebrating the military careers of four outstanding Soldiers and the appreciation of their family members who have also served and made countless sacrifices,” Galbraith said. The family members of the retirees watched as their Soldiers were presented with the 21st TSC’s unit coin and retirement certificates signed by Maj. Gen. Steven A. Shapiro, 21st TSC commanding general and Command Sgt. Maj. Alberto Delgado, 21st TSC senior enlisted advisor. 21st recognizes Civilian of the Year
Maj. Gen. Steven A. Shapiro, commanding general, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, presented Terry Scott, 21st TSC Information Technology Specialist, with the Achievement Medal for Civilian Service, Jan. 25 at Panzer Kaserne. Scott was named the 2017 21st TSC Civilian of the Year for his role in planning the communications infrastructure for Saber Guardian 17 - April thru June 2017. Females celebrate Fasching, attack men Thursday by Petra Lessoing 86th Airlift Wing Public Affairs Thursday will be one of the main Fasching days. It’s “Altweiberfasching,” which literally translated means “old women’s Fasching.” It’s a day specifically reserved for females. It’s the day when men have to beware of women. Altweiberfasching is always celebrated the Thursday before Rose Monday. Traditionally, females dress as old women or witches. They meet in the morning, walk down the streets, sing songs and in some towns they storm the town halls. They constantly look for victims — men wearing ties. As soon as they see a man with a tie — on the street, in a store, in an office — they get out a pair of scissors and “attack” the man, which means they cut his tie.

Depending on the area in which the tie cutting is performed, the woman might ask the man to either buy her a drink or lose the tie, or she cuts the tie and kisses the man. Women are allowed

to act crazy that day and have fun without their “better halves.” The tradition of women participating in Fasching goes back to the 15th century. During sermons, priests were complaining about the exchange of clothes between women and men. In 1558, the city council of Ueberlingen at Lake Constance was forced to prohibit women’s Fasching celebrations in female taverns and dormitories, because of women’s indecent behavior. But the women referred to their female rights such as drinking and dancing during specific Fasching days. Altweiberfasching also marks the status of women in the 15th and 16th century. Wives had well-defined
rights, since they were the budget keepers. During the crazy season they sat in judgment of other women who didn’t clean the house or didn’t take care of the children. Later, in several towns in Southern Germany, it became customary to sit in judgment of men. Women usually met in the conference rooms of town halls. That’s why nowadays women still “storm” the town halls on Altweiberfasching to take over control and become fully liberated as on no other day. In Cologne, which is one of the main locations to celebrate Altweiberfasching and street carnival, women started protesting against the male government in the 1880s. The three most important persons

During the opening session, the lord mayor calls out the official carnival shout “Koelle Alaaf.” Now it’s up to the women to start their hunt. In Ramstein-Miesenbach, at 11:11 a.m. Thursday, women in disguise will storm the Rathaus (town hall) and capture men. They will take the men outdoors and tie them to the “Narrenbrunnen,” fool’s fountain. Then the “Altweiber” will cut the men’s ties and for the fee of at least €1.11, captives will be set free again. Traditionally women who cut ties that day hang them up as trophies. And men don’t always notice the attack on time, because it’s not necessarily just women in disguise who do it, but also normally dressed females at work. Kill-joys won’t wear a tie that day or choose to wear an old one they don’t need any longer. Ramstein-Miesenbach’s culture center, Haus des Bürgers, will host an Altweiber Fasching party with a men’s ballet and the band Habachtaler starting at 8:11 p.m. Tickets cost €10 at the door. Niederkirchen’s Westpfalzhalle is well-known in the region for its annual Altweiberfasching party. The band Magic will perform. Doors will open at 7 p.m. Tickets cost €15 at the door. Advance tickets for €14 are available at the Metzgerei Hess in Niederkirchen and Otterberg. Another Altweiberfasching dance party will start at 8 p.m. in Erfenbach’s Kreuzsteinhalle. The party band XXL Steirer will perform. Tickets cost €10. The Kaiserslautern Carnival Club, KVK, will start its event with the party band Favorits at 7 p.m. in a tent and at its club house, An der Kalause in Kaiserslautern (next to Gartenschau office).

Appointments Using the TRICARE Online Patient Portal at www. tricareonline.com is the easiest way for TRICARE patients to schedule or cancel a medical appointment, 24 hours a day, seven days a week at their own convenience. It’s a great tool because patients can see the available appointments online and choose the one that best fits their schedule. Of course, patients are also welcome to call the Appointment Line Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 06871-9464-5762 (LRMC) or 590-LRMC. TRICARE Online is for civilians, too For non-TRICARE patients, like Department of Defense civilian employees and their families, they may not be able to schedule appointments but they can use the Patient Portal at www.tricareonline.com in other ways, like viewing their health information, requesting prescriptions and sending secure messages to their care team through Relay Health. This helpful website also lets patients set up text and email notifications for appointments and medication refills. Finally, any patient who has registered for Relay Health can also use the

Last year, LRMC led all of Army Medicine in customer satisfaction and the completed surveys brought in nearly $1.5 million. A little quiet snoring is allowed, but house and garden appliances and machinery are off limits during these times. No midnight clothes washing or Sunday afternoon lawn mowing. Youth soccer U.S. Youth Soccer KMC District Soccer will offer to experience soccer in the German Football Association (DFB).
