Beginning Dive Camp, Gr 4-6

Tennis Camp, Gr 3-12

This is an introduction to the sport of diving for boys and girls. We will learn the basic approaches and required dives related to the sport of diving and introduce optional dives. All participants should bring a swimsuit, towel, and shammy if they have one. Class Fee: $29 Wed • Jul 12-26 • 11:00am-12:00pm • FHS Pool

Competitive/Advanced Dive Camp, Gr 7-12 Nikki Seguin

This camp is for the more advanced male or female diver. Work on technique related to the dynamics of diving. Divers will do brief conditioning and practice dry land techniques. In the water, divers will develop more difficult optional dives, practice and perfect current dives, work on board work technique, as well as prepare for the upcoming diving season. All participants should bring a swimsuit, towel, and shammy if they have one and tennis shoes and shorts for dry land practice. Class Fee: $80 Mon-Wed • Jul 10-26 • 8:30-11:00am • FHS Pool

Girls Swim Camp, Gr 7-12 Susan Kadlec, Jenn Piepgras

This camp is for girls interested in training during the offseason or learning more about the sport of competitive swimming. Technique and stroke development will be the emphasis. This is a great way to get in shape for the swim season and is designed to meet the needs of all skill levels and abilities. Class Fee: $50 Tue-Thu • Jul 11-27 • 6:30-8:00am • FHS Pool

Falcon Swim Academy, Gr 7-12

Join Falcon Swim Academy with Foley’s own Kasey Milstroh! This training swim camp will allow swimmers to get more practice in the pool. The camp will focus on stroke mechanics, drills, starts, turns, and finishes. Overall, swimmers will develop stronger strokes as well as starts and turns. Get ready for your upcoming swim season! N E W Paul Moore Volleyball Camp Moore Volleyball Camps are designed to improve you as a High School player. If you are motivated to improve your skills and willing to work hard, this is the Volleyball Camp for you. Emphasis is placed on individual skills, as well as team concepts. All drills and competitions are structured so each player will get sound instruction with maximum repetition. Players will work together, as well as be divided into groups according to ability levels and positions.
