Wanted, Chosen,

Although the primary goal of foster care is for a child to be reunified with their biological family, there are occasions where the courts decide that is not the safest outcome for the child. It’s through this painful reality, however, that the beauty of adoption comes in. With November nationally recognized as National Adoption Month, we celebrate the more than thirty adoptions that have taken place across all the regions 4KIDS serve since the beginning of 2023! The Lavaglio Family has been fostering with 4KIDS for over 8 years and have cared for over 20 children since first opening up their home. In September, they adopted a sweet boy who is 5 years old after fostering him for 686 days. He is a wonderful addition to the sibling group of five they had already adopted years prior.
