Joseph Privitera is a Kansas City, Missouri native who began his construction career shortly after earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 1993 Starting as a union apprentice, he gained hands-on experience and built deep industry knowledge from the ground up, completing trade school in 1997 By 2001, he launched his own general contracting company
With over 30 years in the industry, Joseph has held leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies and has worked as a general contractor and construction consultant. He has managed a wide range of industrial, commercial, and high-end residential projects, collectively valued at more than $1 billion.
Since 2018, Joseph has played a key leadership role in major projects across the Valley He has led operations, shaped strategic direction, and driven significant revenue growth Known for his strong reputation in Arizona, he has built lasting relationships with subcontractors, architects, engineers, city officials, brokers, and other industry professionals while overseeing large-scale land development and construction initiatives.
Anthony John Bellantoni is a seasoned construction professional with over 38 years of experience, specializing in the multifamily and commercial sectors of Arizona's Valley region. Known for his strong leadership, he has successfully delivered major construction and rehabilitation projects, including recent high-profile developments in Phoenix
Most recently, he oversaw the Allero 59 Project, a West Phoenix rental community featuring smart home technology, resort-style amenities, and private backyards Another key project was Luna Bear, a luxury smart townhome community in Phoenix that offers private backyards, two-car garages, and a resort-style pool In addition to new construction, his work includes numerous tax credit programs and rehabilitation projects
Prior to his current role, Bellantoni served as the President of Bellantoni Custom Remodeling and held the position of Vice President at A. Devito & Sons, further solidifying his diverse experience in the construction industry.


Brianne Abbasi runs Business Development at 41 North Contractor’s Arizona Branch. She studied Veterinary Medicine and Biology-Pre Med at Iowa State University. Brianne has spent her career fostering a robust, sustainable network of clients in the Southwest region, leveraging strong listening, presentation and closing skills Her background has been largely focused on the restaurant and retail industry where she has worked alongside key decision makers at every phase of the development process

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Shannon brings a comprehensive understanding of diverse project types and sectors Her background includes work on residential developments both single-family and multi-family as well as industrial facilities, retail shopping centers, and office buildings She has managed both new construction and large-scale renovation projects, including those funded through HUD and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs
Holding degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, Shannon combines her financial acumen with a deep passion for construction Her extensive experience and strategic insight make her an invaluable asset to the Arizona division of the company.

Situated in a historic 25,000-square-foot space in the former Montgomery Ward warehouse, BIAN required strict adherence to healthcare construction standards and regulations. The facility blends Eastern and Western medical practices, demanding careful layout planning to accommodate diverse treatment rooms, diagnostic areas, and concierge medical services We coordinated infrastructure upgrades for state-of-the-art medical equipment, HVAC systems optimized for patient safety and comfort, and seamless integration of technology for advanced healthcare delivery
The design ethos balanced clinical functionality with a warm, spa-like atmosphere, using premium materials to avoid a sterile feel Collaboration between medical practitioners, designers, and construction teams was critical to meet the high standards of care and member experience expected at BIAN. The project demanded precision, adaptability, and careful sequencing to maintain schedule and quality during construction.


We are proud to begin construction on a new 12,000 SF warehouse and office for Cinova Medical Inc. in Phoenix. This facility provides advanced production space for high precision injection molding and machining that supports sterile barrier medical devices Alongside the warehouse and production areas, the project includes medical office space designed to meet strict healthcare standards

Our team creates a high functioning medical environment tailored to both operational efficiency and community needs We coordinate specialized trades to integrate advanced medical technology with patient focused design, ensuring that labs, exam rooms, and treatment areas offer durability, safety, and ease of maintenance The layout is optimized to support efficient workflows for staff while maintaining accessibility and comfort for patients With careful attention to detail at every stage, this project delivers a modern healthcare facility aligned with Cinova’s mission of accessible, high quality medical care in Phoenix’s growing healthcare market.


The Zarminali Health Portage Park clinic demanded careful planning and execution to create a state-of-the-art pediatric outpatient facility. The project spanned a spacious site with 75,000 square feet, featuring durable materials like brick, metal panels, and cast stone, all regionally sourced. The three-story building was designed with multiple entrances, ample parking for 270 vehicles, and a dedicated patient dropoff canopy Special features included separate vestibules for immunocompromised patients, outdoor terraces for families, and flexible floor plans allowing for future expansion
Coordinating trades ensured seamless integration of advanced medical technology, efficient workflows, and welcoming spaces to support patient care and comfort in a busy, community-focused setting



The Hauser-Ross Eye Institute transformed a former cornfield into a 36,500-square-foot ambulatory surgical center with four surgical suites, labs, exam rooms, and an optical shop Contractors expertly coordinated advanced medical technology integration, sterile environment creation, and highquality finishes Close collaboration with specialty trades ensured efficient, comfortable patient care spaces, demonstrating technical skill and precision in healthcare construction.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
This project was a specialized medical aesthetics renovation requiring precise attention to detail. Located at 875 N Rush Street, the project involved creating a clean, sterile environment optimized for Botox and wrinkle treatment procedures. The build included advanced HVAC systems for patient comfort and safety, well-planned treatment rooms, and seamless integration of state-of-the-art medical technology. Coordination with medical professionals ensured compliance with healthcare standards while maintaining an inviting, spa-like atmosphere. Meticulous sequencing minimized disruptions, delivering a polished, patient-focused facility that supports expert-led, highvolume Botox treatments in a professional setting

Gold Coast Plastic involved a precision-focused build emphasizing specialized surgical suites for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures The project required integrating advanced medical gas systems, cutting-edge HVAC for patient safety, and seamless technology infrastructure Coordination with surgeons and medical staff ensured that operating rooms and treatment areas met strict healthcare standards The build balanced clinical functionality with patient comfort in a stylish, modern environment Strict scheduling and sequencing minimized disruption during complex installations, delivering a sophisticated, compliant medical facility tailored for highquality plastic surgery care on the Gold Coast.


I am the owner of a private, members-only social club.
