• Continue to develop and deliver a robust events and marketing programme which includes large scale events such as the Christmas

Light Switch On and Easter Farm plus targeted campaigns to promote independent retailers and markets.

• Continue to operate the award-winning Shopper Shuttle.

• Maintain the town centre Enjoy Sutton website and social media channels to create engagement opportunities for BID businesses, which continues to generate 13,000 visitors a month.

• Deliver a quality markets programme that continues to attract existing and new visitors to Sutton town centre as well as ensuring the local residents and workers are also catered for. This includes the existing monthly Farmers’ & Artisan Market, annual Christmas Market and visiting markets. New markets such as street food and late night markets will also be launched.

The Enjoy Sutton Loyalty Scheme has provided Sutton Music with an easy and valuable way of staying in touch with our customers. The simplicity of customer registration has made it very popular and gives us a positive reason to engage and introduce our other services.
