The site is in such a special position where two roads with different characteristics meet, collide and merge. The design here is exactly thecommerce part （Bottom） Open spaces for embodiment of the fusion of this two different spatial scales and functional attributes.
The site is in the intersection of Zhongshan Avenue and Wusheng Road, which have two different personalities respectively.
The bottom part is dismantled into small size boxs for commercial use, following the human scale fabric along the Zhongshan Road and providing abundant spatial experiences.
Wusheng Road is an impor tant ar ter y of the city, Its surroundings are mainly high-rise office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and large hospitals,giving people an urban scale space experience.

Commercial Orginal Commercial Complex
Zhongshan Avenue is a historical street with more than one hundred years.Along this road, the surrounding areas are mainly traditional lane residences, retails, historic buildings and museums.The narrow roadway formes a human scale space for the pedesitrians.
Divide Commercial Part
The middle part is a medium-sized bar for cultural use which is mainly ser ved for museum and book store to show the history of Zhongshan Road. The top part is two large-sized towers for the office building and hotel respectively, to Culture Bar respond the position in an urban scale.
