YOUTH COMMUNITY RESIDENCE-OFFICE COMPLEX DESIGN

The project is to build a residential complex for the youth. As the particularity of this demographic, they have different new needs for home, office and entertainment, which provide the possibility to integrate different interesting spaces in one building.For this reason, the design is mainly focused on the "shared" and "non-shared" spaces. As the site lies just beside a river and a park, the overall concept is extending the landscape to the building by creating a number of platforms, which also provides opportunies for public spaces.
