Ingredients 1 To Go Cup • 1 cup oats
• 1 cup Greek yoghurt • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds • 4 slices of pineapple from a can • 2 tbsp. coconut flour • 2 tbsp. water
How to: Blend the pineapples and mix it with the other ingredients. Stir it well. Add more water depending on how you like your porridge. (The chia seeds will expand and draw a lot of the water, so don’t be shy with it) Add to your ‘to go box’ or glass with a lit like mine. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight and you have a delicious porridge ready to go in the morning. Ready, set, go!
