About Zoellner

Mission

Our mission is to infuse the arts into the life of Lehigh University and the greater Lehigh Valley community by presenting high-quality multi-disciplinary programs, fostering life-long patronage of the arts, and integrating our educational resources to enhance our human experience.

Background

In recent years, Zoellner Arts Center has held over 250 events, including over 350 artists from 10 countries, and more than 50 campus and community events, lectures, business meetings, convocations, recitals, concerts, conventions, and more. In total, the center provided arts engagement and communal space to over 55,000 people in attendance from 12 states and over 8,000 local school children. Additionally, we created partnerships with 35 community organizations in the arts, sciences, health, and literacy.

We are committed to enhancing the role of arts education in the Lehigh Valley, through children’s, family, and school programming, partnering with local organizations, as well as connecting our artists, staff, and faculty with students of all ages. As we step forward, Zoellner Arts Center will continue building organizational partnerships like those achieved as the lead organization for the Kennedy Center’s Ensuring the Arts for Any Given Child program in Bethlehem. We will further expand into the community by focusing on K-12 education to deliver arts enrichment programs, cultural programs, social-emotional learning programming, and artist-in-residencies specifically tied to the school curriculum.

Zoellner Arts Center strives to go beyond our four walls and challenge people to think while encouraging them to see the world through a different lens to connect and understand our community. We seek to be a leader in the arts and culture scene in the Lehigh Valley by being bold, forward-thinking, and innovative, and by bringing our diverse community together through shared experiences. And we are dedicated to presenting arts for all through being inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible.

Scope of Trade Partnership Option 1

Sayre Mansion Benefits ($6,425)

• Recognition in our program as a trade partner

• Full-page program ad ($1,500)

• Full-page ad on a pre-show slide for up to 10 performances ($1,500); additional ads can be purchased at $150 per event

• Logo on selected Presenting Series event billboard ($250) on a first-come basis

• Listing on preferred hotel page ($250)

• Hotel listing on the Know Before You Go email blast ($100)

• One-time highlight in monthly Zoellner e-newsletter ($500)

• One social media post highlighting the hotel ($250)

• 10 tickets to selected Presenting Series events ($200)

• Zoellner will purchase at least 15 rooms at a $125 rate for artists during the 2025/2026 season ($1,875)

Zoellner Arts Center Benefits ($6,425)

• 50 guest rooms based on hotel availability at no additional cost to Zoellner Arts Center

• Placement of marketing materials in rooms for hotel guests at Sayre Mansion

• An agreed-upon rate of $125 per room for any additional room for artists during the 2025/2026 season

• Listing on preferred hotel page ($250)

• Hotel listing on the Know Before You Go email blast ($100)

• One social media post highlighting the Pub ($250)

• 50 guest rooms based on hotel availability at no additional cost to Zoellner Arts Center

• The Pub to host four pre-show activities for Zoellner ($4,000)

• A link to Zoellner Arts Center page on Sayre Mansion website ($500)

• Placement of marketing materials for hotel guests at Sayre Mansion

• An agreed-upon rate of $125 per room for any additional room for artists during the 2025/2026 season
