Byredo is a Swedish company, producing fragrances, leather goods, and accessories made in Sweden. After analyzing the brand's current situation, distribution channels, and market strategy, we found that Byredo expanding into Saudi Arabia will increase its brand's awareness and satisfy the strong market demand for premium products. The Saudi Arabian market's high GDP and consumer shopping behaviors show promising profits and acceptance of the unique, gender-neutral brand. Despite the Arabian roots in traditional oud fragrances, there is a growing demand for experiential stimulation, and high-quality luxury niche products are expected to reinforce Byredo's status further. In this project, we designed the pop-up shop in Saudi Arabia for Byredo, the store plan will act as a bridge connecting rich Arabian culture with the modern and simplistic Byredo identity. Once the pop-up shop opens, Byredo will reinforce a multi-sensory shopping experience through events, workshops, and services.
