Slot Keyway broaching in a new dimension

Function The newly developed EWS-Slot changes the rotary motion of the turret drive in a translational motion with integrated lifting functions on the return stroke.

The economical manufacturing of internal profiles, keyways or teeth has been given a new dimension. Together with the innovative TKW-head, complete drive assemblies are feasible on your lathe now.

Programming Moving in Z- to the requested working lenght, afterwards programming a constand X-infeed until the push respectively gearing grade has been reached.

max. 1000 rpm feed/ stroke 0,04 - 0,08 stroke 35 mm usable stroke 32 mm keyway size 8 mm
