This year, we're delighted to welcome three esteemed partners - Golden Market, eQuinox, and Coco’s Oasis - to join us in this festive celebration. Together, we'll transport you to a world of wonder and magic, where the spirit of Christmas comes alive.
As you wander through our stalls and galleries, you'll discover an array of unique artworks, carefully crafted by talented artists from far and wide. Be sure to take a moment to interact with our special guests, Father Frost, Frozen Maiden, and Little Helper, who will regale you with stories and share in the joy of the season.
Throughout the evening, we'll be treating you to a series of exciting bingo games, with prizes that will leave you feeling merry and bright. And as you indulge in the sights and sounds of this winter wonderland, remember that every moment is a chance to create new memories with friends and family.

THE MISTLETOE MARKET
In the heart of Eorzea, when the snow blankets the hills and the air carries the crisp scent of winter, the Mistletoe Market comes alive. It is a place where magic and merriment intertwine, led by none other than Father Frost. With his twinkling eyes and frost-tipped beard, he oversees the bustling event, his presence a promise of joy and harmony.
The market springs up in the moonlit fields near a shimmering grove, with stalls that glow like tiny beacons. Merchants and travellers gather from every corner of the realm, their carts laden with goods and hearts brimming with stories. Adventurers share tales of daring quests, while artisans display their finest wares—jewellery that sparkles like starlight, hand-carved trinkets, and enchanted garments that seem to hum with life.
Moogles flit about the market, their pom-poms bobbing as they deliver packages or greet visitors with cheerful cries of “Kupo!” They dart between the stalls, sometimes stopping to sample a treat or admire a shiny bauble. Their antics bring laughter to young and old alike, their joy infectious and warm.
A storyteller gathers a crowd near a roaring fire, spinning tales of ancient heroes and mythical beasts, while children sip hot cocoa and listen wide-eyed. Nearby, a baker sells pies and cookies shaped like stars and snowflakes, the scent of cinnamon wafting through the air. Musicians strike up lively tunes, and soon the market becomes a swirl of dancing feet and clapping hands.
As the night deepens, Father Frost walks among the stalls, his long cloak trailing behind him. He offers a kind word here, a gentle blessing there, and his voice carries the promise of another year of hope and wonder.
When dawn approaches, the market begins to fade, its magic retreating into the snowy silence. But the memories linger, filling hearts with warmth until the Mistletoe Market returns once more.

Join us for an enchanting evening of festive cheer and artistic delights at the Mistletoe Market, a Winter Christmas Wonder Market designed to inspire and captivate.
Festivities Begin at 6:00 PM ST
Our talented artists will set up their outdoor stalls, showcasing their unique and breath-taking creations. Browse their artwork and discover perfect holiday treasures until 7:00 PM ST. Towards the end of this time, the artists will take a short 15-minute break to move indoors and prepare for the evening's activities.
Meet Our Christmas Characters
From 7:00 PM ST, the magic truly comes alive inside the venue! Meet Father Frosty, the Frozen Maiden, and the Little Helper as they mingle with guests, pose for photos, and hand out special Christmas gifts to all attendees.
Exciting Bingo Rounds Throughout the Evening
Get ready for a night of thrilling bingo rounds and festive prizes!
9:00 PM ST: The first round kicks off early with smaller prizes.
10:00 PM ST: A second round with bigger prizes to be won.
11:00 PM ST: Another optional bonus bingo round for night owls, featuring significant prizes.

Q: Tell us a bit about yourself! Where does the name Loras Djt-bidit come from?
Hey there! I’m Loras, a working courtesan in the venue scene and a budding social media engager IRL. I’m into gaming, cooking, and spending time with friends. My name is a mix of things I love— Loras Tyrell from Game of Thrones and “Djt-bidit,” a Viera last name meaning “tempest,” inspired by That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. It’s fun, unique, and fits me perfectly!
Q: What’s it like managing both the Royal Courtesans and Marketing & Special Events? How do you find a balance between the two?
It’s definitely a busy role, but it’s so rewarding. Helping the team grow and thrive is such a joy, and I love seeing them shine in their own ways. Marketing and events feel like second nature to me thanks to my IRL experience, so balancing the creative and managerial sides has been a challenge—but a fun one!

Q: How do you come up with fresh, creative event ideas that help your venue stand out among so many others?
It’s all about teamwork! The managers and staff come together to brainstorm and refine ideas, often bouncing around a few concepts until we find one that excites us. It’s a mix of collaboration, creativity, and figuring out what will create a memorable experience for our guests.
Q: What’s your approach to making sure your teams feel happy, supported, and confident in what they do?
I aim to create an open, collaborative space where everyone feels valued. It’s about listening, encouraging creativity, and making sure the team knows I’m there to support them. I love seeing everyone bring their own talents to the table—it’s what makes the venue thrive.
Q: How long have you been involved in the venue scene, and how has your journey shaped where you are now?
I’ve been around the scene for about three years, but I really dove in last October. Since then, it’s been a whirlwind of creativity, growth, and incredible people. It’s definitely shaped how I approach teamwork and leadership today.
Q: What’s the most fulfilling part of your work? What moments make it all feel worthwhile?
The best part is seeing everything come together. Whether it’s a successful event or watching the team flourish, knowing our hard work creates something people enjoy is so fulfilling. That’s what makes it all worth it.
Q: Is there anything else you’d like to share about yourself, or something fun about your role that people might not know?
I can be a little shy about sharing on a larger scale, but I’m always happy to chat if someone says hi! Don’t be scared to reach out—I promise I don’t bite (unless, of course, that’s part of the gig, haha).
