One of the biggest artists under 30 this year is Jack Harlow. The 23-year-old rapper has made a name for himself with intriguing lyrics delivered in his sultry, low voice. This Kentucky native continues to grow an impressive audience. Lil Durk, 29, is another rapper making the list. Despite losing many friends and family members to violence, he continues to prosper on the Def Jam label. Born in Puerto Rico, 22-year-old Iann Dior has collaborated with some of the world’s hottest stars.
