5.1 PMSC, RC and QSC attend project pre mobilization meeting. PMSC co-ordinate and chair meeting. PMSC deliver instruction to RC on disposal of waste requirements QSC explain it’s involvement in tracking and validating required documentation and disposals.

5.1.1 PMSC validate licenses and pass over to QSC via e-mail confirmation.

5.9 Documentation. All documentation referred to within this action point must be maintained during this process. Only when this information in satisfactorily provided will the QSC site team accepted and verify accomplishment records prepared by the RC

• RC prepares a Monthly Invoice Package (Invoices, Monthly Report, Waste Management Report & Schedule) between the 1st and the 10th each month.

• RC delivers the Monthly Invoice Package to PMSC on the 10th of each month.

• PMSC delivers the Monthly Invoice Package to QSC on the 10th of each month.

• QSC reviews the RC Monthly Invoice Package (Using the RC/QSC Daily Accomplishment Logs, QSC Quantities Verification Spreadsheet, QSC Waste Management Register and QSC Schedule Review Records) between the 10th and the 15th of each month.

• QSC delivers the monthly Invoice Package to PMSC on the 15th of each month with QSC invoice Package Checklist commitments • PMSC review QSC comments and conduct their own review.

• PMSC delivers comments to RC (if any).

• RC makes appropriate changes and re-submits invoice package.

• If RC addresses all QSC and PMSC comments (if any), the QSC and PMSC sign and stamp the invoice package.

• End of each month to agree quantities.

• The agreed quantities are based on the result of the RC/QRC Daily Accomplishment Logs.
