WANGSUL GALLERY The creative economy is currently one of the largest sources of state revenue, one of which is related to cultural tourism. This cultural tourism is proven to be able to move the regional economy by attracting both foreign and domestic tourists, which in turn will improve the community's economy. The presence of tourists will trigger the growth of the hotel sector, the service sector, and various other sectors.

Indonesia has a culture that is very widely spread from Sabang to Merauke. This culture is a great potential that has not been managed optimally. In fact, not many tourists know about the various cultures that exist in Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to have a showcase that displays local culture along with all materials and intangible wealth, so gallery and workshop facilities are needed.

DESIGN CONCEPT HUMANS IN CONNECTION WITH NATURE Wangsul comes from the Javanese language which means to return or return. It has two meanings in building. First, Back as Indonesian culture which is represented in the showcase gallery. Second, the return to nature can be felt by visitors from the gallery environment surrounded by gardens and green roofs, or even from the gallery shape inspired by the joglo roof shaped like a mountain.

The mountain is believed to have a philosophy contained in it. The mountain symbol has a high and sacred position in the life of the Javanese people.

The architecture of the gallery itself is an interpretation of the Joglo House. The roof of the joglo building is conical in shape to describe the shape of a mountain. The roof frame of this building is quite high. The roof was then changed to be simpler and adapted to the mass of the gallery building. Also, outdoor area has the same function as pendopo.

Applying Javanese pattern, namely Wajikan as secondary skin, it is arranged repetitive rhythm.

Wajikan is a symbol of justice in carrying out the law against anyone

SPATIAL The floor plan of Wangsul Gallery also an interpretation from Joglo House.

The public space were placed in the front. On the first floor there is semi-permanent exhibition, on the second floor there are cafe and auditorium, and last, the third floor there is permanent exhibition. The service were placed in the back of the house, such as toilet, MEP room.

INTERIOR CONCEPT Wangsul Gallery applied modern and traditional elements by using natural material such as wood and concrete with polished white paint and marble slab.

The Outdoor area where has a function as pendopo of the gallery, for people to gather. It has stairs to seat and to go to cafe on the second floor. The material in using concrete and wood panel to create unity with surrounding evironment.

The lobby were completed with sofa for visitors and by placing Indonesia map to give a traditional accent.

The exhibition has circular circulation for visitors so they will see all of the work/creation. The exhibition were surrounding by window and Wajikan pattern as sun shading. It is to minimize the using of artificial lighting in daylight.

While the Cafe had traditional concept by using mainly wood for the furniture. The table and chair is using wood and metal. It is then completed with wayang as the decoration.

DAKARA SENIOR LIVING The Architecture final project focuses on designing a senior living facility in South Jakarta, addressing the region's second-highest density of elderly population. The current provision of senior living lacks adequate facilities, hindering the well-being of the elderly and restricting their movement. The proposed solution involves an innovative approach, introducing the concept of independent living with blended services, incorporating enhanced public areas, clinic facilities, and services like meals and social activities. Recognizing the importance of open spaces for senior well-being, the design emphasizes outdoor areas for recreation and social interaction, aiming to improve physical abilities and fulfill the social needs of the elderly. Ultimately, the project seeks to create an ideal senior living environment in a high-density population with limited land, promoting independence and overall quality of life for the elderly.

Based on the book in Time-Saver Standards for Building Types and The journal of Toward Housing for the Elderly in Indonesia, there are criteria in determining location for senior living, which is closed to recreation area, hospital, etc. This requirement was fulfilled in Jl. Lebak Bulus II, Cilandak Barat, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan 12430.

REGULATION RESPONSES Based on site regulations, by applying KDB land regulations and building clearances (GSB). Moreover, also by maximizing the KLB site which is 12 floor.

VIEW RESPONSES The best view to the surrounding environment is from west and south, by providing balconies on the west and south parts of the site. Meanwhile, for the view towards the site, by providing an offset from the 1st floor.

SUN-SHADE RESPONSES Based on the shadow simulation at 9 am. The shape of the building mass is given a slope to minimize the impact of shadows on the surrounding environment. In addition, by making an offset from the 1st floor to the

ACCESSIBILITY RESPONSES Entrance to the site is from left of the site, it is in response to the road-way at Jl. Lebak Bulus II. Where it will be easier to access the site again. Meanwhile, the service entrance leads to the service section which is to the north of the site.

CONCEPT The building and the interior itself has modern minimalist concept. Where most of the material use wood, brown, and grey shade. The color selection is to create the continuity to the surrounding environment. Dakara Senior Living also provide first floor as public spaces, where other visitors/pedestrian outside the senior living can use the facilities provided by the management . The facilities which can be used by public users are cafe, retail shop, and inntercourtyard.

The unique aspect of the building, is the continuation of area from the users perspective as soon as entering the building. It can seen from the first area in the front/close to the pedestrian access and drop off area, which is semi outdoor lobby to the other side of the building (lobby lift.

The application of open space in senior living is to be able to support the needs of the elderly in senior living so that they can improve physical abilities and interactions. The outdoor design based on the result of the researh, as in open space design guidelines.

The research conducted resulting in to provide Outdoor Daily Activities based on elderly preference, safety of the elderly, and spatial arrangement.

The location in Utan Kayu Utara residential area with the condition/existing of the settlement is not well organized, where the settlement is very dense so that there are many alleys in the settlement.

SAYEMBARA INTERIOR LOBBY BANK DKI Location: Kantor Pusat Bank DKI, Juanda A competition held by Bank DKI was to redesign the lobby in their Head Office. The requirements are to design a lobby with combining three concepts, which is modern minimalist, millenial, and environmental/sustainable aspects. Without forgetting to include Bank DKI philosophy in the design

The concept used in the lobby area is to apply a modern minimalist style which is then combined with the Bank DKI identity.

The basic philosophy of interior design is from the identity of Bank DKI. Bank DKI declare itself as "A global bank in a fast-paced world", where one of their purpose is “continues to thrive for advance and prosper the community”

1 First application, The 4 slashes on the Bank DKI logo are the basis shape for forming the panel pattern.

A combination of 2 patterns arranged in opposite ways which then produces an asymmetrical shape.

Second application, The application is also applied to the ceiling of the reception area. The layer of drop ceiling represent Bank DKI to thrive in escalating economic prosperity in Jakarta.

3 Third application, four slanted lines with curved and sharp ends were applied as stickers on the glass wall, which is an inspiration for the desire to achieve the best performance and highest achievements.

URBAN DESIGN PENAJAM NORTH PASER REGENCY The total area of urban design in Penajam North Paser Regency are 10 Hactares. The output of this project will be uploaded in Ministry of Investment / Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board. n this project, has a role to developed 3D modeling from standard building mass into schematic design. The concept of the urban design is to create community area in each district and inclusivy for all vehicles.

HOSPITAL PROJECT Al-Muhajirin, Purwakarta

AL- Muhajirin Hospital Concept The Hospital has a total area of 10.000 sqm or equivalen to 1 Hectares. Al-Muhajirin is hospital Type C which has a total of 100 bed for inpatient ward and Intensive Care Unit. The concept of Al-Muhajirin Hosital is Islamic Modern, where they provided Mosque inside of the hospital.

In designing the hospital, there are aspects that are considered and maximized, which is the utilization of climate, airflow, and sunlight. The outstanding features of this hospital include providing separate VIP inpatient facilities and offering services to BPJS-insured patients.

HOSPITAL PROJECTS

INTERIOR - MAIN ATRIUM Main Atrium were located between two building, namely polyclinic and wellness center, Its also has function as a main lobby in hospital area which consist of 7 buildings. Moreover, it can be used as communal space and information center for hospital users.

The concept of the interior it self is modern using color gray, white, and wood to create natural atmosphere. Those also to create harmony with green area/ park outside the building. The interior of main atrium also utilizing the skylight from the ceiling by having green area with bench in several area of the lobby.

HOSPITAL PROJECTS

INTERIOR - POCKET GARDEN IN YUSTISIAL BUILDING Pocket garden is a facility in one of the hospital building, it is located next to auditorium.

The interior concept is to create a space where visitors or patient can access in a specified time. The garden filled with planter with bench in all sides of the room, where rhe different elevation and shape create more sense of space then one variety. The bench and planter use material concrete, with a collaboration between wood panel flooring, dark gray walls, and concrete planter and bench create unity to one another.

Proposed Design

The propose design has a purpose to create new environment with using some of the construction built. The design also by put in mind what the client said, where endeavor not to remove the existing trees.

So, by emphasizing all the above, the proposed design was by remodeling the floor and the planter bench for an access and liven up the scenery where it can become an active spot for all the users, ilncluding student, staff, and lecturer to discuss and rest.

BUILDING FACADE The criteria for the design is to have sustainable concept, more importantly the building can be seen from a distance.

So, the propose design were by using secondary skin, which is folding louvre. The secondary skin has a purpose to response climate, and for service area (AC maintenance). While still put in mind an aesthetic aspect.

The reason for using bamboo not only because its a local material but also the easy maintenance

UNIVERSITY PROJECTS Director’s Room Proposed Design

Lecturer room is one the room in Bridging Campus Project, where I’m collaborate with 3 teammates.

The concept for the interior design is modern minimalist. Where the main material and color scheme are wood and white color used in the wallpaper backdrop and marble in top table.

The partition used in the backdrop of the table is as the main accent where it is the point of view of the room. Also, the background for video calls and meetings.

The combination of the wood and white materials is to create clean and professional background despite the size room or the type of work space.

UNIVERSITY PROJECTS Lecturer’s Room Proposed Design

Lecturer room is one the room in Bridging Campus Project, where I’m collaborate with 3 teammates.

The lecturer’s room has a capacity for 15 people. The concept for the interior design is modern, with using an official color of BINUS as an accent at several point of the space.

The spatial arrangement in the room divided into 3 area, by emphasizing on working space concept. First, the working area with LED linear lights where it has partition per seat. Those partition has a purpose for privacy, but it also moveable as in lifted. Whereas, the high/ bar table is for the lecturer who has an online class. The room also provided an area for students/vistors who needs discussed with the lecturer.
