Highest Rated Non-Vintage Champagne Under $60! The November Wine Spectator Advance was full of some tremendous Champagne Scores! In this feature, Bollinger’s Special Cuvee was rated 94 points making it the highest rated, Non-Vintage Champagne under $60! Of course, Krug Grand Cuvee has a 95 point review but the wine is $150 per bottle and there are a couple of Roses in the mix that all start at $75 and go up to $289.
