This mapping shows the landuse of the site. The most dominant type of site being residential. It also contains parks, schools, churches, farmyards, parking, offices, apartments, library, etc. The analysis of the social housing in this place shows the distribution of low-income families and immigrants living there, and the subsequent design incorporates the needs of the population of the design strategy. The distribution of public spaces used by the population, such as churches, libraries, parks, and schools was also considered in the selection of the design site. As complex factors and elements are included in this section, the social and immigration situations are specifically introduced above. There are four types within the community of Lodi-Corvetto, respectively green area, forests, uncultivated pasture and the agricultural crops. The only left type is the area temporally devoid of vegetation, which is outside the community borders, next to the north area. According to our site investigation, there are 37 tree species, 13 shrub species, 20 shrub species and 1 vine species. The chart shows the deciduous, flowering, fruiting and green months of the species annually.

A fourth collaboration agreement in Corvetto: • Waiting for Carpet, for Piazzale Ferrara. The Made in Corvetto project implements the hybrid market model that sees commercial functions related to food (sale, production or transformation, administration) coexist with functions of a cultural and aggregative nature and with other services with a social function, helping to improve the performance of the neighborhood both from the point of view of its commercial attractiveness and its social cohesion. This transformation is part of a process undertaken by the Municipality of Milan and which is involving all the Milanese covered markets.
Terzo Paesaggio curates, realizes, promotes, experiments and assembles cultural-based urban regeneration projects and practices, with particular attention to marginal places, focusing on the theme of landscape, from object to subject that acts.
CURATES projects of cultural and artistic production, with particular attention to public and participatory art.
REALIZES architectural projects and landscape and garden design, redevelopment of abandoned public heritage, temporary reuse, tactical urbanism and soil regeneration.
