Transportation: Group Transportation will be provided Saturday morning to Nordstrom (as needed) & Saturday evening to/from the Rtiz Carlton & Studio 54 venue. Gucci is walkable and located just a block away at 900 Shops building across the street. All other ground transportation - inclduing hotel valet charges, will be the member responsiblity.
Food & Beverage: The holiday weekend will include cocktail reception with light bites on Friday while at Gucci. Friday night after Gucci the standing tradition is for forums to get together for their own group dinner in the city. If you are still in need of a reservation, we can help you find chapter members to have dinner with or we have suggestions listed here in the booklet. On Saturday morning a light breakfast will be provided during the Nordstrom shopping experience. We will move into cocktails, heavy appetizers and full dinner on Saturday evening. The hospitality room will be stocked with grab and go beverages/snacks. While all other meals will be on your own, we have listed some fun locations and activities if you want to explore the city!
Ritz - carlton The check in desk, welcome and cocktail reception are all on the 12th Floor and in the guest room tower. Please note, to get down to the ground floor or to Water Tower Place you must use the other elevator bank. The spa is offering a 20% discount for the chapter. Please mention you are with YPO and call the spa directly for appointments.
